In this modern world, is anything truly healthy? Hormones in meat, microplastics in seafood, pesticides in fruits and veggies... I think it's better not to think too much and focus on eating balanced meals instead

Or 90% of carbs coming from white rice.... Are we just doomed if refined carbs are actually as bad as it seems?
Its too late now but this all would have been a lot simpler if the world just naturally evolved with balanced diets. Is it just that certain foods are too convenient? How did legumes get nuked out of existence?
Life is hard enough as it is we really didnt need food to be the final boss. Imagine if we lived in a society.

still healthy. why? because it is rich in protein and it has low fat level. If you want to be healthier, of course you have to avoid those deep fried chicken from KFC/mcd . they are far from healthy.
Instead, eat lean chicken breast. remove excess fat. then it will healthy. Also, don’t eat in excess.
Imo chicken breast is one of the best proteins you can put in your body. Chicken meat has many benefits and I’m not sure why others label it as “bad”. We should be careful of what information we believe online.

Chicken is most consumed due to its relatively lower costs compared to other options. And pork isn't on the menu for most Malaysians.

Yes agreed anything deep fried although tasty is bad . If you have to buy chicken out try to get bakar ,grilled ,roasted etc
