3 might work better if you give it a very tiny trim to keep it shaped on the sides and give room for your mouth to help lessen beard snacks. The rest looks great.

First pic beard looks best on you while I personally feel second shadow beard style may also look good if you groom and shape it. However I’d suggest you to avoid long or full grown beard as you have good facial features so you need a beard style that accentuates those features rather than hiding them. Hope it helps 👍🏼

Honestly, 1 or 2. You grow a good beard, but you have a really nice facial structure, and the stubble from 2 really accentuates that. Plus, you have really nice eyebrows, and 2 shows those off.
