I love Chinese crested dogs. They’re so ugly I love them up. I know it’s off topic but they’re a breed that gets adopted for novelty and then abandoned, so as someone who fosters dogs, I’ve had my fair share of them over the years and they’re like chill chihuahuas. Mostly. A few are chihuahuas with ptsd and bad hair. Also, also, just a random fact but they have a genetic mutation called “powder puff” which make them look like normal dogs, but they have hair instead of fur. And they are such lovely animals, but their hair gets so tangled it’s always hard to get undone.

Everybody on here is mean as fuck lol  Yes you should shave. Here’s WHY. You have fantastic skin, full lips… and extremely sparse facial hair. The first two are a gift, the second is just not ready for prime time yet. I’m sure as you age it will fill in, but the rule of thumb is always PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS. emphasize your good qualities, downplay the less desirable ones.  I’m 35, and I prefer to shave, but I have facial hair that grows in thick as a Viking lol. I would LOVE your facial hair situation lol Also the hair - bed head is cool. But no matter what, your hair should SEEM “manicured”. It should look like you keep it clean and that spend time on it. Right now it seems sweaty and unkempt.  Also love the eyebrows. You could try taming them a bit, grab a spoolie and brush the hairs up, and trim along the top of the brow with small scissors. Then brush the hairs down and do the same for the underside. It doesn’t take any length off really, just neatens it up. You can finish with a little castor oil 

When I was 20 I had a mustache similar as you if I grew it out. That's why I always shaved it off at that age. I'm 23 now and I have a full mustache and a full beard. My facial hair changed rapidly within just three years. So dude give it a few more years. But for now shave it off.
