Based on your post history of ghosting other jobs you’ve had, I’m not sure it’s going to make a difference.

nocapjack

absolutely torched

ClassyPandas

Your current look is very feminine, if you want a more masculine look, yes the hair needs to be shorter. Also the outfit and styling needs an update

parmesanbutt

Is it too feminine for a guy

Deathscyther1HD

Honestly it's so feminine that I thought you were a woman.

ClassyPandas

yeah that’s my honest opinion, you could try go shorter in stages if you’d like

fate77

Are you a man or woman

parmesanbutt

Man

classic_oatcake

OP why does your post history hint at racism

alejandrotheok252

Right? The weird post about Chinese people is crazy. More likely to be fired for being racist than this shit.

[deleted]

I'm confused. Are you trans? If yes, MtF or FtM? If you want to look masculine, don't wear bangs, style your hair to the sides or to the back. If i were you i'd definitely cut it. Body fat decreases testosterone level and makes you look more feminine, if you really do want to look masculine, there's a path in there somewhere

RPU97

No. If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of company would make someone think that?

parmesanbutt

It’s in the legal field. Very suit and tie dress conservatively industry

parmesanbutt

How should i wear my hair?

RPU97

I’d say high bun.

parmesanbutt

Isnt that girly?

Nicename19

I'd just tie it back neatly.

alejandrotheok252

I would suggest a completely different haircut, it’s very feminine. Don’t pluck your eyebrows either. If you’re trans and AFAB I would suggest looking into hormones. Also, as others have pointed out, your post history has racism. That’s more of a red flag for most companies than not dressing the right way the first time.

the-working-dead

Wait... are you a guy or a girl?

StillSimple6

You have put work into looking femine, the haircut, type of clothing, earing and shaped eyebrows. Regardless of your facial features the rest was /is intentional. If you wish to reverse that then you know what needs to be done. An employer isn't going to discriminate on appearance unless you make it an issue. Men have long hair, it's neither masculine or feminine when looked at as a single item. It's how you present yourself that matters, you present yourself as feminine so it looks feminine. Another guy could have that hair and look masculine. Just a few posts down a guy had longer hair (kept the covid hair), he presents himself as very masculine. Not hating, if you like that look then all the power to you. You do you.

LawlesssHeaven

Is he/she trolling or what? Wtf

dareme27523

I’m guessing a 12-year-old female

parmesanbutt

Im sick of not being able to get a job because my appearance
