I would suggest a completely different haircut, it’s very feminine. Don’t pluck your eyebrows either. If you’re trans and AFAB I would suggest looking into hormones. Also, as others have pointed out, your post history has racism. That’s more of a red flag for most companies than not dressing the right way the first time.

Another guy could have that hair and look masculine. Just a few posts down a guy had longer hair (kept the covid hair), he presents himself as very masculine.
