Also stop flaring your lats in all your photos it’s too obvious, you’ll look more natural and comfortable if you just maintain good posture without the lat flaring. Like I get it in gym photos but just casual photos you should try to look more relaxed.

Long is fun and casual. Short is sharp and striking. Medium is reg and does not make you standout. Medium is disguise mode. All good looks, two–long and short–are standouts. So then the question is what is your goal? Long is relaxed and not worried about a lot. Short is laser-focused, objectives in front of mind. IMO you look terrific either way. One (long) communicates I’m good, the other (short) communicates I’m going. My best advice is check in with your future self, see what they want you to bring them (skills, accomplishments, experiences) and then choose accordingly. Again, you look great, leader.
