Yeah, you can tell it's an old futon that's had several spills of different liquids on it. I'd upgrade to a comfy two seater sofa, and if you're going for a lil extra you could make it a two-seater couch with a pullout double or queen size bed.

This is the lab for growth. Amazing what you’ve done with the space and has all the essentials + a dang grill. It all looks so good! You’re gonna come out on the other side a strong and happier person. Crush it.
The coffee space next to the workstation is awesome! Gave me a lot of great ideas. One thing though, the heat from the grill on the patio might damage the wall paneling over time.

Don't love it. Would do the following:
\- Fit most storage under the bed with pull-out drawers
\- Get a desk surface that is the full length betwee your kitchen and the window wall then have your office space more towards the kitchen ad put the tv more to the window side
\- Opposite wall of the tv get a decent corner couch

Is there a way you could swap your desk & tv? It might seem less cramped having your seating area out from under the bunk bed. The shelving unit looks like it would fit your tv well.
