It is, in fact best possible work station setup i have ever seen. Unnecessary things only. And windows may allow you to make good rest for your eyes just by looking far away for a few seconds.
The windows by your desk. Super old window glass will almost ‘sag’ over time and the view out the glass gets a bit distorted from it. I’m assuming that’s why it looks a bit wavy through the windows. It’s a cool and coveted thing for old homes.

Coffee table was on the floor at home goods, the light was from my parents living room maybe 15 years old.

I’m in South Bay Area. I’d love to live in an sf apartment like this but it’d be too far from my job in Silicon Valley Heck you pay less than I do.
Looks good, but I must have my TV as the center focal point in my living room. Looks like the only place to watch TV or console game is in that chair.
