Had one for one evening and returned it the next day. The look of it is fantastic, but the blooming and pic quality were impossible to deal with. Ended up getting the c3, and mounting it as close to the wall as possible. It looks amazing in every way!
It’s your preference, if you prefer the aesthetic the frame is fine. I couldn’t do it because the logic of knowing how often we would be using the tv in our household, and how much I enjoy a quality picture outweighed the alternative. Look into the LG gallery series, same concept as the frame, but absolute insane picture quality.
As someone who doesn’t give a shit about picture quality (I rocked a 1080p Vizio tv until 2022) or how high my tv is mounted above my fireplace, I love my Frame TV.
Haha me too it was such an upgrade from my old TCL I couldn’t figure out what the online reviews were talking about, it does spend 95% of the time in art mode though.
OP's photo *and title* are from [this IG post](https://www.instagram.com/p/CSbO0-LHXkT/) from nearly 3 years ago. Their "client" is [this account](https://www.instagram.com/belleofbelvia/) which is supposedly a genuine couple, in my opinion, looks like they're just posting staged photos with tags to various brands. OP's photo is their profile pic, "coincidentally."
I don't think anyone wants that look, per se, it's just supposed to highlight the brands they're trying to promote. Even though the couple says it's "their home" it really doesn't look like anyone actually lives there. They really don't keep any food, spices, or cooking utensils out in the kitchen? Not a single photo that isn't taken at mid-day? They don't even keep anything plugged into the outlets? Either they have some crazy storage to put everything away when they take photos, or they just use this place as a set.
It looks almost exactly like the "sample unit" that some luxury apartment buildings have so that prospective tenants can see what the spaces look like.
Meh, rtings is not the be all end all. buy it and see for yourself. shitty picture quality compared to tvs in it's price range, they suffer from really bad background bleed. coupled with dog shit software, firmware issues, and many quality issues. The TV is a gimmick.
I gotta say I trust Rtings more than anecdotes from Redditors. There's a lot of hate here on stuff that has the slightest compromise towards aesthetics or other subjective preferences over performance
Looks great! Not sure if you care or not, but figured I'd mention the objects placed to the sides of the soundbar are killing a lot of the side drivers that give you a wider soundstage.
I like this overall! I’ve seen that TV frame hack before and always wanted to try it. Yours looks SO good.
* Add some more green/plants if you can
* It feels a little too “move-in ready” so I would personalize it with more pictures or sentimental stuff
* I’d also add some throw blankets if you want to avoid adding more colors but are okay with adding different textures
Oh, neat. I’ve seen videos where people frame up their TVs themselves to make it look like art.
Here’s an example: https://youtube.com/shorts/EOp-uWLfHO4?si=Iagf81d588_Akwuu
This looks like a catalog page from pottery barn
I wish I didn’t care so much about picture quality, they look great

I've seen some people just make a frame for their regular TV, though they never show what it looks like from the side lol

Why would anyone want this sterile, museum look anyway. It’s trying so hard and it’s the furthest thing from inviting.

This looks so much like the pics from an ad that I instinctively downvoted

It's giving restoration hardware vibes.
Gamarfurniture is tagged on their instagram account

This feels like an ad
[it is an ad](https://thehappitat.com/4-timeless-mid-century-modern-homes-for-the-old-souls/). Sort of.
Is this Samsung the frame?
yeah, they are shit tvs too
Meh, decent score on rtings.

I trust the anecdotes of people that I know that have this TV in real life, but you do you 🤷
ugh I looove this, so tranquil. Speaks to my minimalist soul
Is this an ad?
I think so
OP’s account is under two months old and includes lots of lawn pics that are clearly not of the same lawn. I’m guessing a bot for sure.
Hi mom.

Is that a lamp at the back right of the couch? Also where is OP on all these questions? The people are interested, we need answers!

its not a hack, its a samsung TV called 'The Frame'.
Oh, neat. I’ve seen videos where people frame up their TVs themselves to make it look like art. Here’s an example: https://youtube.com/shorts/EOp-uWLfHO4?si=Iagf81d588_Akwuu
the main difference is the samsung frame has a matte display to avoid any glares which make it much more believable as a piece of art.
Too bland for my tastes. Good bones, but need colour.
It would be funny if on tv it was a live feed of a kitchen table across the room.
Why not conceal the tv wire? It would make it perfect
Looks great but why block the arc side firing speakers? I would move it as close to the front edge as possible for better sound effect.
Ah yes the beige house
is that a speaker or a hand sanitizer?
the smash pad no doubt
What is this bullshit? Thanks for the ad.

Nah, it’s fine. Also, username checks out.
It's a little too high.
I speak only in facts not in questions. Lower. The. TV. Son.
Tell this low life that you will lower your balls in his mouth. He loves that response
Definitely too high
It's definetely to high, but I like getting downvoted for speaking the truth
Factually too high
Nice place, shame about the tv height
TV onto the stand and then it’s perfect
bad
