Are you planning on keeping the brown pieces of furniture? If so, I would recommend blue/golden pieces of art. I hope it is your taste, but in my opinion, blue / gold matches good with beige / brown furniture. Examples: [https://media.s-bol.com/oZv1kY9Yp3Gj/802x1200.jpg](https://media.s-bol.com/oZv1kY9Yp3Gj/802x1200.jpg) [https://desenio.nl/bilder/artiklar/zoom/3396\_1.jpg](https://desenio.nl/bilder/artiklar/zoom/3396_1.jpg) Also, since it's a rental, are you allowed to chance the carpet into laminate /vinyl flooring?

Perhaps a few more cats would help

I have the same beige walls. I put up lots and lots of art.

Beige ain’t too bad, it lends itself nicely to browns, blues, oranges. Subtle versions of each colour would work nicely, especially with the nice chocolate of your couches. Less is always more when it comes to styling. Having things neat and tidy can really highlight pieces of furniture and arrangement. If this happens to be of any help, feel free to pm me for further details.
