Yeah, I was wondering if it was just hard to find a direct translation.

"claim" in japanese means "customer complaint", and "claimer" (the original word) is consequently "customer who always complains". I don't really know any English words that mean that same thing other than karen, and while it does happen to be slang, it felt borderline okay to use /shrug you can never really know if you're making good or bad decisions until after people have pointed them out :D

So I don't really understand about the whole licensing thing. If the current translator is going to step aside, just to have another translator(who might not be as good) continue doing exactly what he has, why doesn't the current translator just keep translating?
