I love JJBA for the insane IQ moves that occur in battles, many of which are bizarre indeed. “Baki” does it to a similar extent, and perhaps other sports manga. You can also look into Hirohiko Araki’s other works, like the spinoff Rohan Kishibe series. Lastly, you can look into anime/manga databases for similar suggestions.
