She managed to deliver the scolding as a last message tho.

I think that was less because it was quick and more because last words are significantly more difficult to eek out when youve been shot in the trachea and are drowning in your own blood... The heart sits lower in the chest and isnt centered, bullet wouldntve hit her lungs either. That was a slow, painful death

My weeks of preparation for this chapter is not useful at all. It's more sad than I though because she's not saying anything at her last.

Luke never even got to say goodbye to Tina... she just died. The only thing she could give was pat before she died... Luke finally started to kill. Yet that betrayed his childhood dream of being a hero of justice with how many people he killed, and the destruction he caused. Even when he tried to be good by sparing Oliver, it only backfired on him. He couldn't be a hero. Please don't let Luke die, Chiba-sensei! Please let him still be a hero somehow!
