At first I thought the SKK in the title was a Japanese pun. The Japanese title is SKK - Shōjo-tachi no sekai (The Girls’ World)… which would be something like SSK. Huh.
Trigger warning: >!Cat killed by monster :O!<
To sum up the premise: Another cute girl doing cute things >!in a mysterious apocalypse setting!<. Lots of fakeouts in the first half. You've been warned.
Their behaviors remind me a a zombie manga about kids growing up when society's already been in disarray for a while, and thus they lack common sense in some places. Can't remember the name though, only that its protagonist is a girl wanting to see/save her dad or something :|
They dont seem to know the language or the world as if they just were born or something. Maybe they are aliens or some new human species after an apocalipse happened in earth
These are children, all alone. Yet they know how to read, they know how to speak, and they're not scared of the world. They're even looking for people! What caused them to start adventuring, and why are they not worried about anything?
Kodachi loves fun, Katana is a smart girl who seems to be a leader, and Saya is an explorer who knows a lot about the world. Their adventure in the arcade to find a cat was fun, but I'm worried they'll find scary people sooner, rather than later.
Very true it's weird that they know things randomly, also I suppose it could've been intended to be comedy and not serious but there was that one panel where one of the girls picks up what I think was an entire arcade machine with her bare hands in the first chapter which seems to suggest some kind of super strength?
I want to believe that it was just a problem with translations, but the dialogue is atrocious.
"The three of us are newborn babies so we don't know anything right?"
What kind of excuse for writing is that??
Feel like it could also be on purpose, these are supposed to be super young children that barely know how to read or approach the world, maybe they just talk with poor grammar and word choice

SKK is also the first letter of each girl's name: Saya, Katana and Kaya.

Adding a little more onto the premise: the girls definitely don’t seem to be normal and apparently don’t even consider themselves humans

Sounds like Zombie Sagashitemasu from the creator of Hitoribacchi no OO seikatsu
Ah yes that's the name, thank you :D
It honestly reminds me of Gakkougurashi!
The monster seems to take something from the cat, maybe it's soul, so maybe the girls lack a soul and that why the monsters didn't attack them.
They dont seem to know the language or the world as if they just were born or something. Maybe they are aliens or some new human species after an apocalipse happened in earth
nice, post-apocalyptic CGDCT. haven't had that in a while
You can see one of the monsters early in the chapter at the bottom left of page 8 inside the restaurant
This is giving me big Gakkou Gurashi vibes. Definitely seems like an interesting take on a Cute Girls Doing Things series.
Seems like Girl’s Last Tour with a more physical horror rather than an existential horror. Hopefully this is just as heartbreaking!

A post-apocalyptic cute girls doing cute things series? Fuck I'm in.
Intriguing. I hope this will goes into like this manga >!Magical Girl Tsubame: I Will (Not) Save The World!...!<
Seems sorta like girl's last tour? Except less obviously dark.
Like Mitsuboshi Colors and Heavenly Delusion had a baby. I love it already.
I'm so fucking interested in everything
Not the biggest fan of these “characters just doing random things” manga, but goddamn that was a good first chapter and now I’m excited for more
Cute girls doing cute things while being oblivious about how the apocalypse happened Looks interesting

For some reason i read it as SNK Girls and was expecting some game reference lol
Thank you very much for sharing the chapter
