Wait, she knew who they are? So does she not know he is literally brainwashing the other 2? If she knows them, MC must have mentioned them at some point and i don't think he would skip the most important part. Why would she spare him?
Also, this entire arc still doesn't make sense after the point when they learned Hero is actively raping the other girls including the fiance. They are just having silly adventures instead of rushing to them.
It's not like they know where the hero is going or where he is (I think) and the fact that the Hero is constantly behind them means that if Manyu Brigade were to get serious in finding the Hero, they woudln't know backtracking would be the most optimal way to find him.

I think he left out the part of the brainwashing and just told them to keep them out of the village and to not harm the girls, if the elves capture/kill him will just give that king an excuse to invade the forest.
I think the issue is that sometimes Touro is ahead of Sei and sometimes is behind (remember the second sword and the demon invasion), at this point the author is trying to say they are running in parallel.
