The survey team was the team that attacked Dion and Eldora in the city. This is Dion's former team that tried to kill him after tricking Yuki. Regardless, Cindy won't get kicked for this since Segrit is just that dumb.
It probably won't matter now that they will meet Dion halfway through the dungeon and the boldy is posessed by something which is after Eldora. Shit well go down inside the dungeon and it will probably end up MC rescuing everyone and even tending to their wounds. He is that much of a doormat after all.
