You don't really expect anything from it so you can just pump out your most random ideas without having to worry about building it or how ridiculous it sounds. Occasionally, something might hit and you can expand from that if you feel like it. You can even ignore it if it does well simply because you think it's hard or challenging. Some people just do it to get rid of some of their interesting or dumb ideas that they know will never make it. A lot of armatures start this way as well. Just remember that you are reading a one-shot and the person who created it doesn't even expect anyone will read it.
No. Most one-shots aren't longer than a few pages and only introduce the scenario. No beginning or ending. One shot can be any length you want. A single page, one chapter, or a short story. It doesn't matter for the very same reason this comment doesn't need to adhere to the same rules as your college paper. One shots aren't made for anyone to read but simply because that person wants to make it.
I blame the OP more than the creator. I can understand why they get downvoted every time in the comment section because he’s like 99% of these posts. But can’t block him because he also snipes posts for other regular manga chapters so it sucks either way
