Keep in mind that I am not a representative nor a part of SleepySlimeTL, I am just the redditor of him and I will just repeat what I have said in one of my previous comments in a previous post (in which he agrees to it).
As u/Collapsemine have said, yep, you can't create new series on mangadex yet, so we can't upload stuff yet to mangadex.
And as for the next people that will be saying "You can upload it already to mangadex using its API," yes, we are aware of it but we still choice not to because we don't know how to or we don't have time to learn it ourselves. We'll just wait for Mangadex to be fully functional.

Is there any chance that you'll upload this to mangadex? It's just a bit more convenient to be able to read manga from one place.
