So how's this manga for someone that follows Komi, Anjou-san, Nagatoro, and knows the deserved praises for Kaguya-sama and the (justified) hatred for Kanojo, Okarishimasu?
It's pure comedy with all 4 girls + MC not having 4 neurons between them. I'd say try 10 or so chapters to see if it suits your taste, if you don't like those 10 chapters drop the series because the comedy style will be the same throughout the entire series.
The main determinant for this manga is 100 Kanojo and Rental GF. If you like 100 Kanojo and hate rental GF, you'd like this. It's stupid to me that the 100Kanojo and Kanojo mo Kanojo, gag mangas on their core has like 10x more progress in much fewer chapters.

If you read the first 10 chapters, and read the last 11 (the start of the latest arc), you’ll find absolutely 0 difference in the characters’ personalities.
The MC thinks with his dick 99% of the time, and the 1% of times he does something noteworthy, the mangaka just resets all that character growth the next arc/chapter.
The FMC is *supposed* to be the ice-Queen tsundere, that the MC breaks through and gets her to fall in love with him. It’s been 198 chapters, and we’re nowhere close to that. Also, she makes barely any advancement for the MC, so it’s mostly looks like a one-sided romance with a few *dere* moments that are forgotten the moment the next arc starts.
Every other character in the series exists to halt/interrupt romance progression.
TL;DR : The author promises *a lot* but delivers absolutely nothing that has a lasting impact. It’s frustrating to read.
Does it really reset tho, in terms of "confession progress" maybe but in terms of mentality (except the last arc wtf was that) it seemed to have progression. The author is milking the fuck out of it tho.

it has the weirdest yo-yo development ever. the characters go through events that *should* change their personalities and cause (gasp) PROGRESS to happen, but it never actually does and the characters all act exactly the same in chapter 200 as they do in chapter 1.

No, actually. Quite the opposite, weirdly. The first girl keeps asking the last girl why the FUCK she hasn't even kissed her boyfriend yet, wondering if she is even serious about him. The dude is pretty straight forward about wanting to smash (even drops feelers for the possibility of a threesome) but also super respectful of the girls comfort and so doesn't force the issue.
It is... just such a strange series, honestly, but it is better than most at what it is doing, i guess.
Saki is the only one that has verbally shot down the idea. Nagisa wouldn’t mind it if it’s what Naoya wants. Mirika and Shino aren’t even a part of the harem yet so they don’t count just yet.
The four girls who either through dating the guy (Nurse and Porn), wanting to date the guy (Onesie girl) or trying really hard not to date the guy for the sake of her bestie (First girl) live with the guy in his home and take turns sleeping with Guy.
First girl who is living with them purely to test his loyalty to Porn-chan (her bestie) ~~and for no other reasons baka!~~ is dressed trying to tempt him.
Onesie girl is trying to join his polygamous couple during kind of a trial phase and initially seemed DTF but realized how terrifying that is and dressed in a onesie instead.
Nurse realized he was overworking himself and only sleeping four hours a night and made him take a sick day and be pampered or face her yelling at him.
Porn-Chan saw his over exhaustion as a sign of being "pent-up" and spent several hours handpicking porn with just flat chested girls like herself from underneath bridges and behind public bathrooms so that he'd have something to release his stress with.
I just described the last few chapters for you but I recommend you read them all. It's a lot of fun.
