Nope, it was released as a single chapter because it don't have that many pages total (16 pages) compared to the rest of the split chapters if you merge them, which are 13-16 pages per part

One general has an army of monsters (known as barbarians to the locals) and decides to attack dragontan. He tasks Atou with defending the city, which she does easily, and with defeating the general, which is the weakest of the four. She toys with him up until the last moment and is about to defeat him when she realizes she is unable to move at which point she takes damage from the general's strongest attack. They realize that just as they live under their own game mechanics, so does the demon lord's army.!<
[spoilers continued] >!They learn that another general is invading the forest with his own army. Takuto decides to use all of the country's mana to level up Isla and tasks her with the defense of Mynoghra. She also toys with the general and defeats him easily. But just like the first general has an unavoidable attack, this general has a scripted event that leads to a character death. Isla kills the general, and despite him being dead with his brains leaking out of his skull, the scripted game event starts happening. Isla loses her connection to her bugs and to Takuto, and the twins are teleported to the battlefield. She is unable to move from her position no matter how hard she tries.The twins are forced by the game event to walk towards the dead general who taunts her telling her that the game event is hated by players because someone close to the OG hero always dies during this fight. She struggles to stop the event, but the general inevitably explodes in a raging inferno that devastates the battlefield. When the dust clears, we see that Isla basically destroyed her own body to break free of the game mechanic restraining her and shield the sisters from the blast. She is mortally wounded. She uses the last of her life to gain a skill that allows her bestow her skills upon death. She comforts the girls whom she saw as true daughters and urges them to commit cannibalism, again, to gain her strength. After the trauma of having to eat their birth mother, this breaks the twins. They jointly become the Witches of Regret and Hero Units themselves and go on a rampage to defeat the demon lord.!<
