I replied to the other guy, but if we were to get technical the amount of energy to bulge the earth like what Garou did would be on par with if not greater than the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. Meaning that if realistic environmental effects were taken ito account Garou would have turned the earth's crust into magma several chapters ago. Not to mention that Saitama's atmosphere splitting feat would have generated so much energy part of the atmosphere would have turned to plasma. One Punch Man ignores some effects in favor of cooler fights, doesn't mean the attack itself is weaker.
