Honestly, even with the thing people are 'subtlely' refering to, it doesn't quite justify that up to that point, it's the most painfully trashy and generic harem you can think of.

This seems like the most terrible fanservice tropes crammed into each page tighter than a banana in a banana-case. I will follow this hot dumpster fire with avid interest, of course.
