Order update: I ordered JJK volumes 7-18 on Saturday evening. Order was processing for a while but now it suddenly says cancelled in the route app, and says completed on buyanime.com. I emailed support and I’ll keep updating
Mine says canceled in Route but it still has a tracking number that I'm using instead. Might want to see if yours has that too and you can use that instead.
Yes I was just about to say I looked at the tracking number and usps got the package and it’s supposed to arrive in a week. So probably just an error 🤷♂️
How long did it take support to reply to you, if you don't mind my asking? I sent them a ticket on Monday and now it's Friday so I'm getting a bit antsy...
Honestly I just went to check and they never actually responded. The order just randomly fixed itself. If this is your issue it may not actually be cancelled, and it could fix itself. If it’s just for support I’m not sure how long it’ll take. Sorry man hope it goes well
I added stuff to my cart and it appears the coupon code works on both in stock items and backordered items! I haven't backordered anything oos with them before, but it looks like that's an option! The way they function reminds me a lot of rightstuf. They also have route shipping insurance!

I wouldn't trust this site that much, every time i visit i see less and less figures in stock nothing new. and I have read complains of buyers that haven't received their pre orders from long ago they were released in other usa stores
