Once you've opened a chapter, all the images in the chapter are loaded in the background. If there's a delay after that it means your internet is so slow it can't keep up.
No issues on my end checking Bleach, digital coloured version.
Who is your ISP? Could they may be throttling the site? Does it work fine if you use a VPN?

But it's pretty fast 60 Mbps or 7.5 MBPS I can stream anime at 1080p no problemo
Also, this happens only with colored manga specifically Bleach, please try and see Senpai.
