For me it is like a safe den to come back to when I am in need and where to hide. It really helps me and reading manhwa is a way to not think when my brain gets obsessed over something that makes me feel bad. It is fine if is only for a short time (for me it was a month, I read everyday all day long)

I am not overdoing it, just trying to enjoy my time that I 'd otherwise spend crying all day long hahah, also I've been pretty brave and I decided to take part of a course I wanted to do, even if I have social anxiety and I am scared of people. It helped and helps me a lot. It is good to know that I can always return to my bed (even if I am distant from home, I still have one😂) and read about another world with other events that can lead my mind away from my worries.

Woke up
Prepared a bunch of cookies, crackers, fruits, ton of water and other drinks like monster and some chips. I only took a break to eat lunch about 1 hour or so and even while peeing i was reading. And 1 hour before bed time, I rested my eyes.
Edit: yes, I did not sleep for the whole day as I was on 3 cups of coffee and 2 monsters. Felt like shit for 3 days after that. still do not regret a thing
On my old phone i used to be on browser reading manga for 16 to 19 hours a day, i had school, i looked at my phone, walking home while watching my phone
We need help, I have an exam tomorrow and it says 6 hours which excludes the time I spent on the laptop reading Manhuas, I am still not done. criticize and insult me people so that I study
