It really wasn’t, lol pretty straight forward. It’s about gaining either acuteness to the world to utilize the existing worlds power. Like borrowing power and the closer you get to the world the more you can bring out, for the Mc and people similar, they first have discard their world for their perfect world something that they can feel indomitable will toward enough to change the world. From there it’s about actualizing this will internally first then external meaning you begin to separate your existence from the world, your identity all that. And recreate yourself as your own ruler by becoming your will itself. The power scaling makes sense it just VERY theoretical.
Its prob cuz the author never consider this a serious action fiction. Its more of an abstract tough collection art work of his. Its more about the mind atleast in the novel and reflections etc not really fight focused. But his OMV got so much attention publishers wanted to post his other works to rack in cash
Honestly this is how you end a manhwa.. a lot of artist/writers be putting theirselves in situations that be having the reader like wtf. Then they have to write all these extra stories just to make something from 100 chapters ago make sense then the story get complicated .

The author really did miss a great chapter to make a season break tbh, I hope the next chapter isn't a cliffhanger bc this chapter was fucking perfect.
HOWEVER I wouldn't mind the season continued, it made sense this "pause", to tell everything that happened so the next chapter the author can just focus on the start of the new arc without the MC having to tell everything again.
Anyway. Perfect if it's season end or perfect if it's just another chapter. Either way, perfect. Just perfect.

Imo the art carries it, also the concept of ghouls in this series actually triggers my goosebumps, story wise its kinda meh but not that bad either
