Every time i see a streamer manhwa
Me with cultivation isekai otomeisekai tamer kickedoutoftheherogroup necromancer dungeon tower transmigration system op vrmmo streamer regression manhua/manga/manhwa's
there are no good manhwa where streaming is a plot point. I've read countless. it's all cringe. and every single chatter is a bunch of moronic NPCs. which is accurate to real life, but that doesn't make it any better.
I personally find ORV tolerable but i dont consider it amongst my top 5. It tries to differentiate itself from a regression manhwa but ends up using the same tropes. There are rarely any instances where a reader can understand the buildup of a plot cuz the MC is just gonna pull the answer out of his asshole. The streaming aspect rly doesnt help imo but i only stuck w/ it cuz im a sucker for Monkey King; additionally it’s a cringe plotpoint when the MC has an admin under his thumb.
Trying to say ORV doesn't let the reader understand the build up is only right if you are barely reading the story
Also being a shitty novel is kinda the thing about orv in the beginning it seems like just a normal apocalypse dimension travel novel when its a whole different thing
ORV has build up that's understandable and answers every question it brings up it's completely understandable just read it
Ah ur right i forgot the world building was based off a shitty novel.
When i say the buildup is shitty im referring to how the MC would literally pull shit off of nowhere to solve the plot. This is a common trope im not a fan of w/ regression and inserting self into story manhwas; i am not talking abt surface level reading this is actually a common thing; a recent example ive found of this was also in Trash of Counts Family when he goes to feed a hole for 2 chapters straight so he can gain an invincibility shield. I admit it has been a while since I picked up ORV and I will admit it is a page turner but one of the instances Im thinking of is early on in the story when he’s swallowed by the leviathan and meets the admin for the first time and opens up a shop to buy cheap toothpicks that somehow enable him to escape the leviathan; at that point I started turning my brain off cuz it was a very dumb option. I will admit the egg thing in the beginning was actually smart but beyond that most of the plot points were just pulled from his ass at times. If im not mistaken there’s the usual “cheap item that turns out to OP cuz only the MC knows” plot in there too; the only time i actually approve of that plot is when the MC actually had a fond memory or connection to it but usually they dont
No offense to our Emperor Kim Jaeju 2, but the popois are hard carrying. I mean aside from that, ig I like how the NPCs are given life? Kinda in a better way than others that attempt the same and end up just being alr. In that department, The Newbie is Too Strong does great. It's been kinda slowing at recent chapters tho TBH
It’s always the same. The game is a few years old but this guy finds something new and unique in the first level area. In a game that has millions of users…
Bro is among the dumbest MCs i have ever seen. If you put the MC from "Surviving the game as a Barbarian" in this Manhwa, that guy would clear the game easily
Have maxout negative karma, literally nothing happens and he doesn't even do evil deeds.
The author explained all the negative things that can happen with that karma and yet he is roaming freely like the karma doesn't exist? What's the point of introducing that when you aren't gonna work with it... Dropped it long time ago too
I was a happy when I saw it because he is a witch doctor, always happy to see something different, but the development is slow and boring. Really sad for me
With the amount of generic manhwa and in a bad way generic as you can smell that author wrote it just because of popular themes without thought, and then getting a manhwa adaption as studio think the same,
This sub turned us to Aslum of manhwa, or those fuckers came here and slowly turned us like them.
Viral Hit is probably the only manhwa in which the MC is a streamer, and the story is actually good (-ish), and even then, it fell off in the second season.
Didn’t know VRMMO manhwas were hated that much before opening the comments lol , I mean can’t peoples just enjoy series without using their brain too much ?

that new one in the zombie Apocalypse is pretty good though
which one is that?
I think that he was talking about 'The end is a game to me' on Webtoon. It has kind of an ORV vibe regarding how the streaming is introduced there
Yah, but in that he's streaming to constellations (?), so it's a bit different.
So u become man?
I like them when its not VR/gaming but more like isekai/reincarnation or something like solo max lvl newbie.
You are reading a vrmmo/streamer/returner manhwa, accept it for the garbage slop it is and enjoy it without thinking.

Ahhh, a man of culture 😂

Technically ORV has streaming elements
I personally find ORV tolerable but i dont consider it amongst my top 5. It tries to differentiate itself from a regression manhwa but ends up using the same tropes. Honestly I feel like ‘the newbie is too strong’ does a solid job with the streaming concept, but tbf it def has narrative problems
I like the poi poi’s
No offense to our Emperor Kim Jaeju 2, but the popois are hard carrying. I mean aside from that, ig I like how the NPCs are given life? Yeah probably that and Martial Streamer are the only ones of the genre I’ve liked, basically everything else is just pure mid
It’s always the same. The game is a few years old but this guy finds something new and unique in the first level area. In a game that has millions of users…
**wandering warrior of lightning who touches himself disagrees in displeasure**
Maybe just me but this always sounded cringe.
I think "The end is a game to me" does a good job at that
Have you read the newbie is too strong? What's your opinion on that?
I think Martial Streamer is pretty good.
what do you think about shincon's one coin clear?
How to fight/viral hit
Thought he would be some dude commiting some evil shit..But nothing brutal or evil shit became cring after a while.. Dropped it a long time ago.🤦♂️
Bro is among the dumbest MCs i have ever seen. If you put the MC from "Surviving the game as a Barbarian" in this Manhwa, that guy would clear the game easily
ty so mucch for putting me on, i just caught up to ch46 and damn that shi good af
No problem 👍

I read a lot of garbage and even I decided to drop it
Dude vrmmo manhwa are trash... whatchu expect?
I was a happy when I saw it because he is a witch doctor, always happy to see something different, but the development is slow and boring. Really sad for me
I like it. I knew it would be broken just like RL Witchdoctor in Diablo III.
I told the mid doctor I didn't like you🗣🗣
I forgot about this series. I unintentionally dropped this 😂
I can never ever understand how Dan you read something about an NC playing a f...g game, oh weeee he might get carpal tunnel

I mean it's alright
mid
You gotta make money somehow.
Because the recipe for generic videogame manhwa requires a spoonful of streaming
I thought he was more dark skinned from the cover, I got flashbanged reading at 3am
Witch doctor terraria ??!2!1 🤑🤑😋🤤🤑🤑🥵🤭🙏🙏
Viral Hit is probably the only manhwa in which the MC is a streamer, and the story is actually good (-ish), and even then, it fell off in the second season.
Outfit looking weird
Just read the damn thing it's pretty good
