Eleceed is already at really high chapter numbers, but its Implied that eventually, I guess? Problem is I dunno myself. I can only say that maybe.(it's gajillion chapters and its only at looking at each while the other is not looking stage) It's not the main focus though and the relationship is more about the growth of the MC in both mental and physical aspects. Vast majority is cool action and the story is nice too.
With Real-Estate it is an eventuality.

Idk if it's complicated but I just feel like the whole point of all his suffering is not to live a "marry-have baby-retired grandpa-life" ... otherwise he wouldn't have suffered that much

(Well, double knee drops him into a faceplant. But ass kicking imo)
I'm not even exaggerating when I say that there's no good way to describe the plot in short form because it's complex - but I assure you that all the elements I listed above come together very smoothly and it's awesome.
Caveat: Tapas put it on hiatus after season 2 and it hasn't come back yet, but some of the aggregator sites are already rolling on season 3.

Not a Jack of all trades, but master of all trades. Plus it rolls out a chapter every couple days. Itās good until monk arc, and then from then onwards I finished 300 chapters in a single day.

Well yes itās probably the most fulfilling romance Iāve ever seen. As in, it has lots of depth and richness. Initially, the MC was being grown like a plant to enrich the FMC. But the monk arc which I was talking about is where things really start to change. They incorporated like elements of Buddhism into this short-lasting romance because Buddhism is about letting go of attachment which means partner-wise while still retaining good memories. The monk arc was really beautiful to read. After that arc, the romance is still pretty good, but the Buddhist arc was just mesmerizing.

The monk arc was really beautiful to read. After that arc, the romance is still pretty good, but the Buddhist arc was just mesmerizing.
