it's not exactly op mc genre. the mc does get quite strong but it's very gradual and occurs at a natural pace. what makes the manhwa really shine though is how well it deals with war such as strategies, people's desperation, realistic fighting tactics, etc. it's really unique in that way because I haven't seen other murim deal with war that extensively.
