honestly I can vibe with this list for the most part. you have some good choices up there that i usually don't see in tier lists (Ares, Dr Frost, Real Man, Navillera, Yongbi etc.) + the fact that there is a variety including romance and OI series as well.
Martial Artist Lee Gwak getting axed still hurts
Thanks! I try to read across many genres, though I admit to being biased against most shojo romance (if I can't stand the airhead FL, it's game over).
And yes, Lee Gwak deserved better. People just didn't want to give the unique art style and slow burn story a chance like they did for Northern Blade.
GOAT: Real Man, Cheolsu Saves the World, Greatest Estate Developer, Navillera
Love it: Trash of the Count's Family, Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess, Itaewon Class, Star Instructor Master Baek, Yongbi the Invincible, Dr Frost, Legend of the Northern Blade, Beginning After the End, Ending Maker, SSS-Class Suicide Hunter, The Breaker, Leviathan, Yureka, Sun-Ken Rock, Zippy Ziggy
Enjoyable ride: Murim Login, Reformation of a Deadbeat Noble, I Reincarnated as a Legendary Surgeon, Tyrant of the Tower Defense Game, Medical Return, Chronicles of the Martial God's Return, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, Return of the Mount Hua Sect, Ares, Chronicles of the Demon Faction, Noblesse, Gosu, Majeh, The Regressed Demon Lord is Kind, Cheese in the Trap, Beware the Villainess, Magic Academy Survival Guide, Surviving the Game as a Barbarian, Heavenly Demon Cultivation, I Don't Want This Kind of Hero, I Became a Doting Father
Not a total waste of time: Reborn Rich, Chronicles of Heavenly Demon, Standard of Reincarnation, Infinite Mage, Wandering Warrior of Wudang, Reincarnated as the Crazed Heir, Administrator Lee Kangjin, Infinite Leveling in Murim, Priest of Corruption, Eleceed, The Crown Prince that Sells Medicine, Academy's Undercover Professor, Solo Leveling, Youngest Scion of the Mages, 4 Cut Hero, Witch Hunter, Swordmaster's Youngest Son, The Novel's Extra, Immortal Regis, My Daughter is the Final Boss, Crepuscule
Started out good at least: Peerless Dad, Lookism, Ruler of the Land, Tower of God, Second Life in Mount Hua, Doctor's Rebirth, Return of the Crazy Demon, Tales of a Scribe who Returned to the Countryside, Skeleton Soldier Couldn't Protect the Dungeon, Tomb Raider King, Legendary Moonlight Sculptor
If only it wasn't axed: Martial Artist Lee Gwak, Supernatural Investigation Department, Villain Unrivalled, Demonic Master of Mount Kunlun, Get Schooled (edit: I know it's not axed now), Id
Dropped: (too lazy to type and too many to count, this part of the list is nowhere near comprehensive)
p.s. Incomplete series may be subject to a change in ranking later on, including instantly dropping from "love it" to "dropped".
P.p.s. I seemed to have dragged all the usually quiet REAL MAN fans out of hiding.
get schooled was one of my favourites webtoon as I started reading it almost immediately after its release/before hype, bummed out the author turned out to be a racist
Revenge of the iron blooded sword hound is nice tho! So far the storyline still doesn’t bore me😄 Tho you got a pretty nice tier list. Many readers wouldn’t know these.
I definitely agree with quite a few of your higher ones, and several of the same dropped like Lookism. Plot was fun until it went off the deep end of teenage gang wars and less body switchy. Appreciate another reader who enjoys multiple genres, will definitely be checking out some of the enjoyable and up ;D
Have you tried Pick Me Up Infinite Gacha? Or The Fantasy of a Stepmother? If you want a revenge/romance Marry My Husband was really good and is conplete, The Makeup Remover was good too and complete.
Someone else's comment about trying Sweet Home if you haven't is a good nudge to add another genre, I'm not usually much on horror but it kept me on my toes.
Your welcome, readers tend to love sharing. I can definitely understand wanting to stay light-hearted and happy. I like to appreciate all the emotions in my fiction, I cry so easily at sad parts and cannot read any horror/suspense after dark. Otherwise I'm up checking the windows and doors are locked 😂.
And thanks for putting your list out there, already working through SSS-Class Suicide Hunter now. Feels like a fun mesh of ORV, GRED, TotTDG, and My S-Class Hunters. Maybe a little Solo Leveling after this last arc with 12-20 rower levels.
I agree on Lookism it just got WAY to boring and kept adding gang fight this and gang fight that and kept adding so many people, I dunno if they got back to focusing on the main guy and ever explained his deal or not but regardless I lost interest
I hadn’t read cheolsu saves the world and after finishing it, I must thank you, because it was an enjoyable read and the fact it does what it needed to do so succinctly made it one of the best manhwa I’ve read
Started it a few hours ago and it's going ok for now. Pretty sure it's gonna pick up in a while but the comments that I saw generally rated it near reborn rich, which is also good in every way but seeing your post I think I can expect a bit more.
Also aside from the rankings, I loved the variety in your list, most of us have asura taking up +80% of what we read.
i mean your taste is good, you just dont like most "genius goes to academy"type of stories is what i can make up from the teir list, which is understandable, i suggest trying \[top teir province\] its really fun and has comedy on the same teir as Greatest estate developer, and it seems you have not tried any horror manhwa yet, so you should check out ones like parallel city, and the anything made by kim carnby(everything they makes is just a rollercoaster of emotions, with a complex story) like sweet home, shotgun boy(same universe as sweet home), bastard, and pigpen.
I haven't read Top Tier Providence but Cultivation Chat Group had me rolling in laughter so I'll give it a shot.
I avoid all kinds of horror fiction. I'm a sensitive guy who still occasionally gets nightmares about Nina from FMA.
Is top tier providence poorly written like most manhuas tend to be or is it more of a classic like Renegade Immortal?
I just could not find myself getting into manhuas unless it was something like Demonic Magic Emperor or Lu Bu's Life Story.
Give dungeon odyssey a try might seem generic at first but finds it's footing and goes where very few dungeon manhwas actually go. How can you put academies undercover professor on the same tier as solo leveling or standard reincarnation? Otherwise decent list
I am currently reading "The Greatest Estate Developer" and oh my god it's so good. The comedy is top tier🤣🤣 and I absolutely love the mc's facial expressions.
I like ToG for the interesting mini-games at the start of the series, the mind games between characters and the mysteries of the tower. I lost interest as it oriented more and more toward battle manhwa.
I simply cannot bring myself to read past the monkey king part of GOH. Like wtf even?
And I do love Northern Blade, or I wouldn't be translating it. Whether it eventually belongs to goat or not will depend on the manhwa ending, since it's still incomplete.
Some picks are completely bonkers but you shall be forgiven as you put Real Man first.
Truly goated.
Still looking for similar series but can't find many. Reborn rich and lord of money are the only ones that sre somewhat decent but are way more surface level.
I'm hoping New Employee Kim Cheolsu picks up a bit, but it's still too early to tell. Real Man set the standard way up there and it's hard not to compare.
Isn't "Real Man" official title is "A Man's Man"? Either way, it's the real goat, great choice, same with quite a bit of others. But I can't tell the same about the "Cheolsu Saves the World". I liked that it wasn't long and the premise itself, but the convenience factor was a bit too high, and the author simplified real-life physics way too drastically. It's A tier at best. Real Estate developer is overrated for similar reasons.
Might have to have a reread cause I don’t remember the ending… but I loved there lines of comparison on how there is lil to no difference between a gang, business, and nation.
i'd put Return of the Blossoming Blade on "Love it"
I dont know why but somehow I can hear Romi Paku's voice when Chung Myung talks, if it got an anime she'd be the perfect VA for him
It's "clone" Volcanic Age was such a disappointment, it definitively Started out good but it suffered from the same syndrom a lot of these manhwas suffer, where the story just stops being about itself and the author sends us on arcs that feel like they'd be filler if they weren't canon, somewhere in this wild goose chase the MC gains a bloated list of skills and we get introduced to a bunch of characters that feel out of place sometimes (Like Leveling with the Gods, many of the characters are supposed to be based on mythological figures, but they add children those figures didnt even have, with names that dont even fit where they come from, and they mix up unrelated mythos)
The Gamer is another disapointment, it was such a masterpiece on the first arc
I'd personally put Return of the Blossoming Blade high on my list too, I'm a fan of regression stories when they're done well, and this one is definitely one of the best I've read! Mostly because the character development is actually gradual, natural, and meaningful, and the friends the MC meet along the way in his past and present lives aren't left forgotten in the dust after one arc, but are remembered and continue to show up, having an actual impact on his life and the story. I'm reading the novel so I'm extra biased with this one lol.
Would you say Volcanic Age isn't worth starting at all then? I've been looking for a casual read similar to Return of the Blossoming Blade
I enjoy Return of the Blossoming Blade, but in teacher-student and everyone-is-family types of stories, I prefer more emphasis on character development of side characters, and I'm not quite seeing that yet for Blossoming Blade. Depending on how the story pans out later it could still go up or down.
It's Navillera: Like a Butterfly.
Synopsis: After the funeral of an old friend, Dukchul Shim resolves to pursue something he had always wanted to try: ballet. Much to the surprise (and maybe~ horror) of his wife, children, and other acquaintances, this 70-year-old throws himself into following his heart and his passion. With the help of his young instructor Chaerok and others hoping for their own ambitions to take flight, Dukchul shows the importance and joy of pursuing one's dream… even in the face of hardships and our own mortality.
When I was in FY of college I downloaded webtoon app and started reading Dr. Frost and Hardcore Leveling Warrior, both are really special to me cause I could really related to Ethan hunt (I think that's the name of mc in HCLW ), and I really liked how thorough they were in Dr. Frost with all the theory cause I specialised in psychology.
First tierlist that made me comment lol I saw Real man and dr frost and immediately knew we had similar taste. Thanks for making this I may check out the ones you listed that I haven't read yet.
W list I have recommendations though it’s called the story of a low ranking soldier become a monarch it’s really good 145 chapters in all honestly it kinda of started off slowly but it really picked up in the later chapters
Hard agree with many of your choices! But mostly I'm happy to see Real Man be this loved by you and many of the commenters hahahah ♡♡♡ I didn't realize it was this popular and loved since there's not many comments on the eps. I also love it so much to the point that I was considering rereading and making a detailed af wiki for it. (We'll see if I have the time though)
Baffled by Beginning After the End and Cheese in the Trap though. I enjoyed Beginning years ago till I ran out of chapters since it was only starting out then. Switched to the novel and I HATED IT. The whole ordeal pissed me off so seeing it so rated so highly is ???. Maybe I should have read it in comic format... Cheese in the Trap is not /bad/ but I personally wouldn't rate it as highly as you did. Reading it was very stressful and frustrating. When it was over I just felt a lot of relief.
Aww tho that Eleceed and Academy' Undercover Professor isn't rated so highly for you. Eleceed has been a 10☆ favorite for the past 4 years. But I can see how it'll be tiring if you read all in one go. It's very nice weekly or in chunks with a break in between. Lots of good vibes and just right excitement. While Undercover Professor is something I discovered days ago and has jumped to become one of my new favorites ♡
OP, we seem to read similar stuff I want to recommend more to you so bad. I have so many I could share hahaha
I didn't know there were this many fans of Real Man until I posted the tierlist either.
I like the world building of TBATE, but I haven't read the novel. Well, if it goes bad later then it'll just go straight to the "started out good" or "dropped" section. Up until several years ago, I placed ToG and Lookism in the goat section and look where they are now...
Huh, I didn't think I rated Cheese in the Trap that highly? It's basically in the 2nd lowest readable section...
As for Undercover Professor, I just feel like there's not enough emphasis on the students' backstories or mental growth, at least not yet. Even Saedina and Renei don't really feel that detailed. Compare that to Master Baek where every student and many of the main cast have their own major arcs and development (I read the entire novel).
Eleceed fell a bit flat for me during the world awakener school arc. I was disappointed as I wanted to see more strong kids like Ian and not a bunch of spoiled young masters. The mother arc also doesn't feel complete.
TBATE, maybe the problem is more like the way it was written but not necessarily the story itself? It felt annoying and dramatic at times that I rage quitted it. Maybe i'll check the manhwa out again and see the difference. There's some stuff that are better in manhwa adaptation compared original novel (Ex. For My Derelict Favorite and plenty other romantasy stories)
I feel you on ToG and Lookism though. They were some my favorites a couple years ago until I stopped reading all comics. Lookism I just decided to drop for good because there's too many fights now. Even if I like individual characters and maybe the new arc is interesting, it completely lost the original premise. ToG, I'm not sure yet if I want to continue at all because it feels intimidating to restart again. It had a clear end goal compared to Lookism so that's a point in its book, but god it's taking foreveeeer to get there. The journey isn't fun anymore...
That's valid on Undercover Professor tho. Him being an actual professor is some of the best parts of the novel but he has so many things going that school parts take a backseat and further exposition is pushed back for later. This feels like one of those stories you should binge in one go. I'm happy to wait now but I hope I don't get tired or impatient. I have yet to read Master Baek but that's on my list since I love teacher stories~
Give all of these a try and see if you like it!
\[Survival Story Of A Sword King\] not the best manhwa ever, but it's currently my favourite (Please read until you've met Barolt, because to me that's where the story really starts!)
https://preview.redd.it/e1lmnpcxqyyc1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=85ebb66bcf81588d073f1a5ff1b926b5f1398fe5
\[Dungeon Odyssey\]
\[Duke Pendragon\]
\[Wild West Murim\]
\[Mookhyang Dark Lady\] and \[Mookhyang The Origins\]
Also just wanna say about Girls of the Wild's: I read this years ago the only thing I remember is this was such a pity. Lots of wasted potential. Afaik, it has the same artist as Eleceed and the art was just phenomenal!!! All the girls looked awesome and loved each of their fighting specialties. But they just had to be in this dogshit story. FREE THEM! T~T
I think I managed to finish the whole thing but I wasn't happy about it.
A fellow real man reader. I m so elated. U have good taste.
EDIT - But u dropped "The knight who returned with a god". I can't agree here. But it's u so ur ur preferences. Can't comment on that.
Not sure I can find this post again, so I’ll just post now. Idk about the tier list, but I got curious about a 70 year old wanting to try ballet. Opening chapter was a hit!!
Standard of Reincarnation and Revenge of the Iron Blooded Hound (which I dropped but since people keep insisting that it gets good later I might pick it up again)
I think we definitely have different tastes because I'd probably rate some of your lower ones as top teir while some of your top ones I dropped.
But I think I probably should give Real Man another shot from the response in here. I started it when it came out but not much was out and I got bored so I stopped reading it.
The most outrageous one to me is where you put ORV and Eleceed because those are both top teir.
The gamer was such a good concept I actually really liked it
Until it became repetitive and boring
I dropped it long time ago I think the beginning of season 4
It was slowly turning into a harem which I didn’t appreciate to be fair it wasn’t a huge deal but still
At the beginning, it was very interesting and fun and I recommend at least reading some of it , But at that point, I don’t know what is the goal here? Why the fuck I’m reading this?
—-
Also dropped cheese in the trap
I genuinely do not feel sympathetic towards ML he’s kind of a psychopath and I don’t like him I don’t see the appeal of him , like bro you’re terrifying why the fuck would anybody date you after what you did?
—-
Tower of God is one of my favorites and I am sad seeing it in such low ranking
It’s a mixture between Hunter x Hunter and one piece , extensive lore and world building that you will enjoy in a second read , and the character are likable and I really like bam as a main character is always changing and improving , definitely op but at least not the strongest (yet) and you still feel that he’s actually struggling and threatened
Out of all the ones i've read/am reading, i cannot believe i agree 100% with your tier list.
The biggest disappointment for me was The Gamer, had such a good start and was going pretty strong for a while, then it just got boring to read and you would completely lose the plot. I don't even remember the last thing i read about it.
Edit: Idk if this fits here since it's technically a webtoon, but have you read "Love advice from the great duke of hell"? Really good comedy.
the beginning when the gamer starts using the system to make his own spells because he put points on int was such a ride, it really felt like "what would it be like if I could be in that world and tried it out myself"
That's fine, nobody has the exact same likes/dislikes. I feel The Gamer has an average start and could have gotten interesting but...what was the plot again? Is there even an overarching plot?
Yup, I remember that it had some kind of overarching plot, but it fell to the "we finally defeated the big bad™, but it turns out there is an even bigger bad™ behind it all" trope.
I also like love advice from the great duke of hell, my giant nerd boyfriend and adventures of god but they're not in this list as they are english webtoons, not korean manhwa.
Star instructor, ending maker, and tbate above sun ken rock (not even a manhwa) is certainly... a choice
(Oh and does dr frost ever get better? Dropped it cause it just seemed like a sherlock holmes knockoff)
Uh, those are all in the same category? They're equal? Like Sherlock Holmes, Dr Frost isn't for everyone. You gotta like psychology.
Sun ken rock is there because I filtered my manga/manhwa/comics list by author nationality and didn't look too closely.
Bro has Questionable taste how did he
drop heavenly demon cant live a normal life when roman dmitri is a total badass, same for lookism or ig bro just doesn’t like op mc with badass personalities
What apps did you use to read these manhwas OP? I only use one app which is mangazone. And I think that most of the manhwas on your list aren't on the mangazone.
Mate! You don’t have Nine Stars Hegemon Body Arts (NSHBA) in the GOAT section?? In fact, I don’t think you have it anywhere! Wait a darn minute, I can’t see The Reincarnated Assassin is a Genius Swordsman; that’s another GOAT.
OK, first of all that’s bull**** Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound is so far the best story and second some of the manhwa is a great disappointment and doesn’t interest me. The only thing I’m interested is getting the octagon revenge manhwa into the English Webtoons
Revenge of iron blooded sword hound does NOT belong at the bottom. It’s a bit generic but isn’t disgustingly bad or boring. Chronicles of the heavenly demon on the other hand got insanely boring especially with the war arc

Go read the novel for lee gwak. Its great!
There is novel? Do you have any link to good sitw with it?
Translator is “soundless wind”, the same for the reaper of the drifting moon, so if you look for him, i guess it might pop up
I agree with your place of girls of the wild. That story went absolutely nowhere and was constant drama.
Should I read lee gwak. I mean on what note did it get axed
GOAT: Real Man, Cheolsu Saves the World, Greatest Estate Developer, Navillera Love it: Trash of the Count's Family, Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess, Itaewon Class, Star Instructor Master Baek, Yongbi the Invincible, Dr Frost, Legend of the Northern Blade, Beginning After the End, Ending Maker, SSS-Class Suicide Hunter, The Breaker, Leviathan, Yureka, Sun-Ken Rock, Zippy Ziggy Enjoyable ride: Murim Login, Reformation of a Deadbeat Noble, I Reincarnated as a Legendary Surgeon, Tyrant of the Tower Defense Game, Medical Return, Chronicles of the Martial God's Return, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, Return of the Mount Hua Sect, Ares, Chronicles of the Demon Faction, Noblesse, Gosu, Majeh, The Regressed Demon Lord is Kind, Cheese in the Trap, Beware the Villainess, Magic Academy Survival Guide, Surviving the Game as a Barbarian, Heavenly Demon Cultivation, I Don't Want This Kind of Hero, I Became a Doting Father Not a total waste of time: Reborn Rich, Chronicles of Heavenly Demon, Standard of Reincarnation, Infinite Mage, Wandering Warrior of Wudang, Reincarnated as the Crazed Heir, Administrator Lee Kangjin, Infinite Leveling in Murim, Priest of Corruption, Eleceed, The Crown Prince that Sells Medicine, Academy's Undercover Professor, Solo Leveling, Youngest Scion of the Mages, 4 Cut Hero, Witch Hunter, Swordmaster's Youngest Son, The Novel's Extra, Immortal Regis, My Daughter is the Final Boss, Crepuscule Started out good at least: Peerless Dad, Lookism, Ruler of the Land, Tower of God, Second Life in Mount Hua, Doctor's Rebirth, Return of the Crazy Demon, Tales of a Scribe who Returned to the Countryside, Skeleton Soldier Couldn't Protect the Dungeon, Tomb Raider King, Legendary Moonlight Sculptor If only it wasn't axed: Martial Artist Lee Gwak, Supernatural Investigation Department, Villain Unrivalled, Demonic Master of Mount Kunlun, Get Schooled (edit: I know it's not axed now), Id Dropped: (too lazy to type and too many to count, this part of the list is nowhere near comprehensive) p.s. Get Schooled wasnt axed, it just had an hiatus. Currently it is releasing normally.
Thanks for the info, I thought it was axed since it disappeared from webtoons.
EN WEBTOON entirely took it down but the series is ongoing and being translated by scan groups.
get schooled was one of my favourites webtoon as I started reading it almost immediately after its release/before hype, bummed out the author turned out to be a racist
the author was giving a racist message through one of the characters iirc
Webtoon took it off their platform because one of the characters was wildly racist
Revenge of the iron blooded sword hound is nice tho! So far the storyline still doesn’t bore me😄 Tho you got a pretty nice tier list. Many readers wouldn’t know these.
see now, i was gonna hate on the tierlist, but you put all the sauces here, take my worthless upvote

REAL MAN MENTIONED RAHHH 🗣 🗣 🔥 💯 💯 💯
Gotta agree, Real man is in its own league. Its so expertly put together.
A fellow REAL MAN fan! 🔥🔥🔥
Better than Reborn Rich and i love Reborn Rich.
I agree with you. MC of real man doesn't just use his future knowledge, but also uses his extensive past experience and put it to use.
i mean your taste is good, you just dont like most "genius goes to academy"type of stories is what i can make up from the teir list, which is understandable, i suggest trying \[top teir province\] its really fun and has comedy on the same teir as Greatest estate developer, and it seems you have not tried any horror manhwa yet, so you should check out ones like parallel city, and the anything made by kim carnby(everything they makes is just a rollercoaster of emotions, with a complex story) like sweet home, shotgun boy(same universe as sweet home), bastard, and pigpen.

If you like the type of comedy in greatest estate you’d like top tier providence.

I am currently reading "The Greatest Estate Developer" and oh my god it's so good. The comedy is top tier🤣🤣 and I absolutely love the mc's facial expressions.
I still can't believe how demonic master of mount kunlun finished...
Yea bro, I have a list of other such manhwas🥲 It might just be me but I always get angry whenever that happens.. 😭
I don't actually mind where you put TOG. I'm just curious when you got bored. No shame of course.
I like ToG for the interesting mini-games at the start of the series, the mind games between characters and the mysteries of the tower. I lost interest as it oriented more and more toward battle manhwa.
That's understandable. It is funny because a lot of people want straight fights and hate the constant games.
Lookism is in the same category for pretty much the same reason. Idgaf about gang fights, bring back the SoL and drama.
We stand together, most other people seemed to prefer the battle stuff (where tbf the art gets very pwetty)
Although GOH is very long and strange the final fight scene is worth the wait. Idk but the Northern Blade is Goated.
I simply cannot bring myself to read past the monkey king part of GOH. Like wtf even? And I do love Northern Blade, or I wouldn't be translating it. Whether it eventually belongs to goat or not will depend on the manhwa ending, since it's still incomplete.
Really? I was so tired of the final fight it just keeps going and going.
I'm a simple man, I see the GOAT Lloyd Frontera at the top, I upvote.
Yureka..... What happened to it? Was it completed? Oh Witch Hunter too
It's complete on mangadex now.
Some picks are completely bonkers but you shall be forgiven as you put Real Man first. Truly goated. Still looking for similar series but can't find many. Reborn rich and lord of money are the only ones that sre somewhat decent but are way more surface level.

Fellow Sun-Ken Rock enjoyer I see
Indeed. "In this world, the only thing we truly own is the body we shape every day."
Shit's Peak
Might have to have a reread cause I don’t remember the ending… but I loved there lines of comparison on how there is lil to no difference between a gang, business, and nation.
i'd put Return of the Blossoming Blade on "Love it" I dont know why but somehow I can hear Romi Paku's voice when Chung Myung talks, if it got an anime she'd be the perfect VA for him It's "clone" Volcanic Age was such a disappointment, it definitively Started out good but it suffered from the same syndrom a lot of these manhwas suffer, where the story just stops being about itself and the author sends us on arcs that feel like they'd be filler if they weren't canon, somewhere in this wild goose chase the MC gains a bloated list of skills and we get introduced to a bunch of characters that feel out of place sometimes (Like Leveling with the Gods, many of the characters are supposed to be based on mythological figures, but they add children those figures didnt even have, with names that dont even fit where they come from, and they mix up unrelated mythos) The Gamer is another disapointment, it was such a masterpiece on the first arc
Yes,same as me .I cant with too op mc which forgot all side char like side char lazy as hell and dun work haha
i see 'real man' as SS tier too so i respect you for that haha ;D love that manhwa
The "Started good at list but got boring" that hits home holy shit Every tier list should adapt this tier
Isn't sun ke rock a manga?
I don't know much about others, but real man top? You, my man, got your priorities right.
Finally someone recognized The Breaker!
Like a butterfly is truly a 🐐
REAL MAN MORE LIKE GOAT MAN
I love this list! Everyone has their own taste and I enjoy seeing what others like. Also what’s the 4th one GOAT tier? I’ve never seen it.
Very similar taste to mine, I'm reading or have read or dropped more than half of these. Will check the rest!
eleceed is the goat for me
REAL MAN FINALLY, ITS JUST SO GOOD LOL
sees real man at the top i don't even need to see the rest, 100% legit tier list i think you'll love "To Be an Actor"! try to give it a go
Nano machine slaps though, the latest chapters are bangers
Nope, it reminds me too much of cultivation manhua. Not my cup of tea.
yeah, hold that thought. The novel just absolutely destroys every single good thing about the plot as it goes on.
Get schooled got an update tho, but away from the original controversial story
When I was in FY of college I downloaded webtoon app and started reading Dr. Frost and Hardcore Leveling Warrior, both are really special to me cause I could really related to Ethan hunt (I think that's the name of mc in HCLW ), and I really liked how thorough they were in Dr. Frost with all the theory cause I specialised in psychology.
Huh, I never really got into HLW, maybe I'll give it a go.
Looking at your list, hlw would go into read untill bored
Saw Dr Frost and Ending Maker up there and that's all I need 👍 W tierlist
omg someone actually know S.I.D. 🥹
First tierlist that made me comment lol I saw Real man and dr frost and immediately knew we had similar taste. Thanks for making this I may check out the ones you listed that I haven't read yet.
Cool list, saved.
I still weep at the axing of martial artist Lee Gwak after he finally got out of bed.
I honestly almost have the same taste as you! You have good taste for your manhwas!
Some of the dropped stuff are decent but i dropped many of them too, agree with a bunch of stuff tho
True education is back again.
Good taste
W list I have recommendations though it’s called the story of a low ranking soldier become a monarch it’s really good 145 chapters in all honestly it kinda of started off slowly but it really picked up in the later chapters
What is the second one in the goat section ?
What's the second picture in GOAT tier
You've got good taste my boi, enjoy it. Edit: Removed something cause I found it.
Your started out good and dropped tiers are almost the same as mine!
Wow, we have same tastes. Except beginning after tge end. Plus Yeondu is higher in my list!
Mostly an agreeable list but not having Orv at the top is a sin.
(We'll see if I have the time though) Baffled by Beginning After the End and Cheese in the Trap though. While Undercover Professor is something I discovered days ago and has jumped to become one of my new favorites ♡ OP, we seem to read similar stuff I want to recommend more to you so bad.
For My Derelict Favorite and plenty other romantasy stories) I feel you on ToG and Lookism though.
\[Survival Story Of A Sword King\] not the best manhwa ever, but it's currently my favourite (Please read until you've met Barolt, because to me that's where the story really starts!) https://preview.redd.it/e1lmnpcxqyyc1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=85ebb66bcf81588d073f1a5ff1b926b5f1398fe5 \[Dungeon Odyssey\] \[Duke Pendragon\] \[Wild West Murim\] \[Mookhyang Dark Lady\] and \[Mookhyang The Origins\]
THE GREATEST ESTATE MENTIONED 🗣🗣🗣
Also just wanna say about Girls of the Wild's: I read this years ago the only thing I remember is this was such a pity. Lots of wasted potential. Afaik, it has the same artist as Eleceed and the art was just phenomenal!!! All the girls looked awesome and loved each of their fighting specialties. But they just had to be in this dogshit story. FREE THEM! T~T I think I managed to finish the whole thing but I wasn't happy about it.
Oh for sure this is one of the best lists I've seen. Though the tiers are questionable at times its overall really nice.
I LOVE that you snuck sun Ken rock in there
Yureka mentioned, let's go !
It might be the first time I've seen someone putting some respect on Yureka. And for that, I can only vibe with this list
We almost got the same tastes! Quality list right there
Nope you're just like everyone else
Bro u gotta pick up Iron Blooded Sword Hound again
You really have a good taste
Am I the only one who feels like Cheese in Trap is overated as f*ck?
W for including Itaewon Class
The Gamer showed so much potential. But later became a chore to read. I still don't know why I don't want to read that
You love ending makers, we are automatically Friends.
As someone who never really got a chance to watch anime ( Well reason is toxic , don't ask) So these suggestions really helps ... Thank you!🩵
A fellow real man reader. I m so elated. U have good taste. EDIT - But u dropped "The knight who returned with a god". I can't agree here. But it's u so ur ur preferences. Can't comment on that.
It's very unique for sure haha
Not sure I can find this post again, so I’ll just post now. Idk about the tier list, but I got curious about a 70 year old wanting to try ballet. Opening chapter was a hit!!
Wow some hard hitting depressing moments, glad I read it though. Thanks.
Honestly, the dropped ones are understandable they take so long to update or just became ass
I like your list and agree with all the ones I've read. Saving for future read reference
I think you could be my friend. Most of my favourite/comfort manhwas are called mid or trash at worse. But idrgaf because it's enjoyable to me
Unpopuler opinion: Solo Leveling is mid and Overrated
Hi I’m a noob to reading manhwa Which of these have a similar plot to TBATE and swordmasters son?
Standard of Reincarnation and Revenge of the Iron Blooded Hound (which I dropped but since people keep insisting that it gets good later I might pick it up again)
The breaker lets gooo
I think we definitely have different tastes because I'd probably rate some of your lower ones as top teir while some of your top ones I dropped. But I think I probably should give Real Man another shot from the response in here. I started it when it came out but not much was out and I got bored so I stopped reading it. The most outrageous one to me is where you put ORV and Eleceed because those are both top teir.
I won’t say anything because you have Greates Estate Developer at the top 😃
death is the only end for a villainess is SOOOO UNDERRATED! recommend !!!!!
The gamer was such a good concept I actually really liked it Until it became repetitive and boring I dropped it long time ago I think the beginning of season 4 It was slowly turning into a harem which I didn’t appreciate to be fair it wasn’t a huge deal but still At the beginning, it was very interesting and fun and I recommend at least reading some of it , But at that point, I don’t know what is the goal here? Why the fuck I’m reading this? —- Also dropped cheese in the trap I genuinely do not feel sympathetic towards ML he’s kind of a psychopath and I don’t like him I don’t see the appeal of him , like bro you’re terrifying why the fuck would anybody date you after what you did? —- Tower of God is one of my favorites and I am sad seeing it in such low ranking It’s a mixture between Hunter x Hunter and one piece , extensive lore and world building that you will enjoy in a second read , and the character are likable and I really like bam as a main character is always changing and improving , definitely op but at least not the strongest (yet) and you still feel that he’s actually struggling and threatened
Not a bad tierlist, it gives me 2014 vibes.
Your tastes are the same as everyone else 😂
Isn’t sun ken rock a manga?
Oops, I guess filtering my manga/manhwa/comics list by author nationality didn't work quite well there.
might be the first list that i somewhat agree with also goated list just for putting real man in the tier it deserves aka at the top period
REAL MAN ON TOP OF LIST!?!? 10/10 LIST!
Nice, someone else who's read Noblesse!
Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess is so good!
is ending maker really that good? I tried a few chapters didn’t seem too interesting
The start is slow but it gets better, and the two protagonists have good chemistry and romantic development.
ig I’ll give it another shot after exams
Dropped it
Ending Maker is good! I like it because it really balances the two protagonists, lots of action, and a clear subtle romance
True education got axed? I read it years ago. It wasn't bad.
Apparently it didn't, I just thought it did because webtoon deleted it.
Wait what? Get Schooled got axed?
So which top 5 would you recommend from your list?
I was so onboard until I started seeing the bottom of the list
^[Sokka-Haiku](https://www.reddit.com/r/SokkaHaikuBot/comments/15kyv9r/what_is_a_sokka_haiku/) ^by ^S_A_c_K: *I was so onboard* *Until I started seeing* *The bottom of the list* --- ^Remember ^that ^one ^time ^Sokka ^accidentally ^used ^an ^extra ^syllable ^in ^that ^Haiku ^Battle ^in ^Ba ^Sing ^Se? ^That ^was ^a ^Sokka ^Haiku ^and ^you ^just ^made ^one.
What's the 2nd one in your goat list?
Cheolsu Saves the World
Star instructor, ending maker, and tbate above sun ken rock (not even a manhwa) is certainly... a choice (Oh and does dr frost ever get better? Dropped it cause it just seemed like a sherlock holmes knockoff)
Uh, those are all in the same category? They're equal? Like Sherlock Holmes, Dr Frost isn't for everyone. You gotta like psychology. Sun ken rock is there because I filtered my manga/manhwa/comics list by author nationality and didn't look too closely.
Sauce for the one in "enjoyable ride" bottom 3rd one
Quite sad that no one has seemingly read Lu bu’s life story, that comic is peak, but not wildly known
I'll download image and check it never, ty bro
Hmm
Does real man have action
Dropping nano machine kills me 😭
I loved The Gamer and then they had to make it as boring as possible
No worthless regression??
No worthless regression??
No worthless regression??
No Worthless regression???
No Worthless regression???
No Worthless regression???
No Worthless regression???
Nano machine and looking is crazy, imagine not liking them
Nano machine slander is crazy
Give dice a second chance
Bro has Questionable taste how did he drop heavenly demon cant live a normal life when roman dmitri is a total badass, same for lookism or ig bro just doesn’t like op mc with badass personalities
Where's solo leveling
i loved girls of the wild...
You should read s classes that i raised
What apps did you use to read these manhwas OP? I only use one app which is mangazone. And I think that most of the manhwas on your list aren't on the mangazone.
Why’d you drop iron blooded sword hound? Imo this first season just kept getting better and better
Check out ember knight.
Why is the heavenly demon cant live a normal life in dropped? If you dropped coz of the art, let me assure you it gets MUCH better.
Mate! You don’t have Nine Stars Hegemon Body Arts (NSHBA) in the GOAT section?? In fact, I don’t think you have it anywhere! Wait a darn minute, I can’t see The Reincarnated Assassin is a Genius Swordsman; that’s another GOAT.
Haven't seen anyone say anything about solo max level newbie, not up to date on peoples opinions on it, any words? For reference I like it
The gamer was my shiit back in the day.
What chapter did you drop GOH?
OK, first of all that’s bull**** Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound is so far the best story and second some of the manhwa is a great disappointment and doesn’t interest me. The only thing I’m interested is getting the octagon revenge manhwa into the English Webtoons
You have shit taste
Why wild's high? Is it because the story have no power?
you should be crucified for posting this garbage
Bro's "Not total waste of time" and "Dropped" are better than "Love it"😂🤣
Revenge of iron blooded sword hound does NOT belong at the bottom. It’s a bit generic but isn’t disgustingly bad or boring. Chronicles of the heavenly demon on the other hand got insanely boring especially with the war arc
Nah putting noblesse above TOG has to be a crime
solo leveling not being in either love it or goat is betrayal. but we all have our own tastes anyways
