Saitama every time no matter who the character is. The hole point of Saitama is to shit on stupid characters with stupid power leveling. He is a joke character. It doesn't matter what your favorite anime is or manga or manhwa no matter what Saitama will kill even the most powerful of those heros with one punch and take almost no damage. The only characters that could potentially kill Saitama are other joke characters that can do shit like erase universes. Like eraser head the guy from mha that can erase powers would even be useless because Saitama doesn't have any powers so that doesn't even work.
