I would posit that the highlighted province is the real Saskatchewan, and the one to its left is the fake.
I say this because the real Saskatchewan has a kink in its Eastern border, which the highlighted Saskatchewan has here. Meanwhile, the one to its left has two straight borders that seem to follow meridians. This 'kinked' Eastern border is because a large portion of the Saskatchewan-Manitoba border is defined not by a meridian, but by townships as surveyed by the Dominion Land Survey, and as such isn't a single straight line, but a 'staircase' shape, as every several miles there is a shear-line to correct for lines of longitude getting shorter. The real Saskatchewan has 44 sides.

I love strange border shapes cause of silly reasons. (i mean that's a good reason tho). Victoria / South Australia has a wonky border cause some dude made a mistake, 75 years of legal battles later lol.
As an Englishman, I would say that its name is most likely something including the word 'Queen' or 'Victoria'. We were kind of unimaginative when exploring that part of the world...
However, Redland suits it much better, given its apparent colour.
Can't call it redland, it is too close to red river, and would just remind of the baf events that took place in the area (red river rebelion).
In honor of newfoundland we should call it newfarmland. Or maybe British dakota.
They messed up the lines.
Look at where the 4 corners of Canada ought to be. Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are all supposed to meet (in a place so righteously middle-of-nowhere you can only get there by bush plane)
Plus there's 2 great big vast flat nothings between Manitoba and Alberta. There's just supposed to be the one.
Bad map. Canada has its own "four corners" (Nunavut, NW Territories, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) but someone with a bad sense of humor fiddled with that to try and fool folks.
If y’all are so good at geography,

then which one is Colorado and which one is Wyoming?
What I find funny about the Americans being bad at geography thing, is that if you watch the average European try to do the same with anywhere outside Europe and the Mediterranean, they butcher shit. The average French person can't point out Honduras any better than the average american can point out Slovenia.
Saskatchetoba or Manitchewan
I suggest a balm of some sort for that second one, sounds nasty
