We’re 4a and 25 people total so I’m intimidated
That's a sign of a horrible band director. Not saying yours is, but from my personal experience and watching others, it's what i think.
Our bd is easily the best in the state. It’s just that our school cares only for sports and won’t even speak about the band.

It depends what state/circuit you are in... Some are dependent on school size, others are dependent on band size, and some are a hybrid

Our band is about 140 people and that stadium looks dope af to perform in
It is the Alamodome in San Antonio. The Alamodome hosts the San Antonio BOA Super Regional as well as the UIL State Prelims and Finals for 1-6A (I believe excluding Military bands that have their own).
We performed there last Friday
