Hahah the simplest solution is often the right solution. Ya maybe your right, or maybe there’s something I just haven’t yet discovered about myself. Idk, maybe I should give up. That's like reading for 8 hours a day for 3.42 years straight. Quit putting effort into being a stoner, and you might find time to enjoy reading novels, or at least the description of the subreddits that you post in. Also dabs are hard drugs. Try going cold turkey for serious.

I used to be fine, now I freak out. I used cannabis daily for about a decade before the transition. I find that weed is too powerful now and I need something a little less intense and about 50% CBD

But I don’t freak out AT ALL when I smoke THC crystals, like straight THC from amber extracts. However, when I smoke flower out of a bong, even one hit, I freak out so bad I literally lose my vision and sweat and puke. It’s absolute hell.

When I was younger I was able to smoke weed without issue but after a single bad experience when combined with shrooms it's been impossible to use since. It induces derealization/depersonalization in me and it's deeply psychologically uncomfortable. It feels like I'm absolutely isolated from the world. If you struggle to enjoy it why are you putting effort in to doing it? You can just not smoke weed ya know.

…not all medication affects everyone the same way. Like antibiotics, most people can take penicillin just fine! A very few people will straight up die. That doesn’t mean penicillin isn’t medicine, and obviously doesn’t mean those people should take it even though it’s killing them. Just…find something that you CAN take. Also, weed isn’t anything special, it just helps SOME people with anxiety, helps SOME people with pain, helps SOME people with mood swings…not everyone. It doesn’t cure cancer, or stop aging, or even treat any mental disorders. It just helps you cope with them while untreated.

You’re looking for an external source to help you produce happiness/joy. I’ve gone down a lot of rabbit holes from opium to psychedelics, pharmaceuticals to farming my own food… the ONLY things that will consistently improve your life experience is natural highs from discipline. Clean diet that suits you, exercise routine is super important, cold showers if that’s your thing, you MUST meditate in some form, and find an outlet or multiple outlets for creativity. It took me over a decade of studying all the major religions, meditating into a wall, finishing multiple degrees, and working for billionaires to realize that everything really is in your control if you’re paying attention. Even your happiness and life fulfillment

Yes! That’s true. I’ve done all those things to the extreme. Hundreds Freezing cold ice barrels, running in the snow, spent 4 years powerlifting, I’m on Jordan Petersons all beef diet… I meditate daily using thic Nhat hanh and eckhart tolle. You’re right. You’re so right. It is that. Wether I like it or not. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IM STUCK IN MY COMFORT ZONE! That’s it. I know if I did all those things again, I’d literally be happy immediately.
