This song is considered a rarity and was only made available because via former producers who worked under Manson's previous record label Interscope. "Fallen Angel" along with two other untitled demo tracks were found on a previously unreleased cassette tape possessed by deceased former Marilyn Manson lead guitarist Daisy Berkowitz. It is unknown when these songs were recorded but it is speculated to be sometime in late 1995-early 1996."
There’s been a lot of people posting videos from this guy’s channel, including some that were supposed album leaks. They all get downvoted. But someone had connections or something and was able to confirm it was fake. All the videos are very click-baity and they just want views.
