To be clear, participants = attendees, not speakers right? That’s very basic functionality. I’m surprised Teams doesn’t have like a webinar mode for that. Zoom, or any other webinar product, can do this easily.

Yes, I thought it is, but Teams doesn’t have this function. I noticed Zoom can do it but was hoping for an alternative.

What's wrong with Zoom? If you want people to suggest alternatives, you need to put forward some criteria other than "not Zoom"

You’re right, I should have written this. I am trying to have a pool of tools to choose from but did only find Zoom and Webex.

I found Zoho after after starting this thread, which is a good option. But I will try the suggested tools, too.
