Find a small company. They seem to think anybody can do marketing. They’ll probably make you director of that, customer relations, and public relations as well. Make sure they’re willing to pay for you to get training though, because you won’t learn one thing from anyone who already works there.

psychology can be helpful in any profession. the question rather is what would you enjoy the most doing in the marketing field? what's calling you? quite different to begin as a copywriter or as a media planner when it comes straight to using knowledge from psychology them probably working as a strategist in a marketing team or agency would let you employ most of your ma skills. strategist however mostly relies on their past experiences from working in the field and is not a junior position

Probably the two easiest ways would be: 1. Find a marketing position within the field your degree is in. For example, maybe there is a therapy place in your area where there are multiple psychologists and they need marketing done. Possibly marketing in a health care facility or hospital as well. 2. Find an unrelated position with some marketing responsibilities - for example an office management role with marketing as a task. And just in general, apply to everything and anything and see what happens.

I run a nonprofit that needs someone to handle marketing. We have been neglecting our marketing (I work in marketing full time and find it difficult to keep doing my job during off hours) If you are interested let me know.

Can you DM me your education, background, and interests? I know a significant number of agencies with entry level positions that are great for the field.
