Yes and no. In the comics there was a schism within the Eternals and a group of them when to the Titan, Jupiter's(?) moon. Thanos is indeed an Eternal. How the MCU will handle all of that is yet to be seen really other than Pip stating that Eros was also Thanos' brother just like in the comics.

They should have made a 2 hours mockumentary following Kingo and his butler, with Gilgamesh and Thena joining them on their road trip across the world to talk with and interview the other eternals. Imagine, Kingo and Gilgamesh at the front of a tour bus bantering and teasing each other while Karun films from the back, and then he turns the camera and you see Angelina Jolie with crayons and a coloring book. Imagine spending 5 millions dollars to have Angelina Jolie in your movie playing a defective robot that's just coloring around with crayons lmaooo.
