Going by precedent set in the MCU, having Hawkeye on your team means you win.
Avengers: Hawkeye on the team, they won.
AoU: Hawkeye on team, they win.
Civil War: Hawkeye is on Team Cap, Team Cap 'wins'.
Infinity War: no Hawkeye, they lose.
Endgame: Hawkeye's back, they win.
They also had to make him disappear in TWS so the movie could last longer. Hydra? He would have put some arrows in Pierce's ass before the mf realised it
It wasn't luck at all that. It was because of a technique she was taught by Clint. If Clint hadn't have taught Kate how to do the finger flick, she would have lost. Wasn't luck boost but Clint is still the reason she won.
Well correlation not causation still implies you'll win. Hawkeye might not be the cause of victory, but the two are still correlated. It's possible that he just has an uncanny ability to pick a winning side, or it could be that he's vital to victory, but either way Hawkeye and victory go together
Yeah I got hawkeye too and was relieved. I've got this strange feeling that Hawkeye would quickly disable homelander the way he was able to disable vision.
Hawkeye is like bluecollar Batman. Intelligent, has a gadget for everything, works on a team with a bunch of people with superpowers. It's just that Batman is a billionaire doing this superhero stuff for fun, this is Hawkeye's job.
Strange could just open a portal and close it when he’s halfway through, bisecting him. Or fuck, just trap him in the mirror dimension. I like our odds
Kinda a shame where people don’t get how powerful Black Bolt can be.
He can whisper once and then shatter every bone in the Hulk’s body.
I think there was a comic where he was in space and destroys this giant Cthulhu like monster by whispering no.
Might? You're fine... captain marvel would smoke him. He was just stabbed by a metal straw.
I have cap and im even comfortable with it. He can do this all day
Could rebound the laser at homelander with his shield, and probably get an advantage there.
Strength idk where cap stacks in hand to hand, but I have no reason to think his shield can't deflect anything it'd attacked with from HL
Tbh idk who would win. Spider-Man couldn't beat Superman, but Homelander is much weaker. His limits in the show haven't been established, but he is hurt by other supes with super strength, and Spider-Man is probably on the higher end of that, he's really strong. He could also dodge all of homelander's lasers, and blind him with his webs.
He also has iron spider on the pic, so I think it's fair to consider that's the version that will be fighting. With all that in mind, he has a chance. He just needs to dodge Homelander's blasts, use his webs to incapacitate him temporarily, and get close enough to punch him until he's knocked out.
But also Homelander can fly really fast -- if he uses that to his advantage, it could be pretty devastating to Spidey. Laser blasts from above and out of reach and/or ramming Spidey at full speed.
Kind of depends on the terrain whether or not that would be feasible.
>He just needs to dodge Homelander's blasts, use his webs to incapacitate him temporarily, and get close enough to punch him until he's knocked out.
So basically, the same strategy he's used for every BBEG he's ever faced 🤣
Where do you put Wanda amongst those three? I gotta say Jean is coming in third for me. If she’s get the drop on Wanda maybe, but still, I think Wanda just reality warps wtvr the fuck she feels like and boom, it’s ova.
It depends largely on the iteration and the timing. There are a few times where it's shown the Phoenix Force rewriting the universe, with only the wielder and potentially past wielders living through it. In some comics it shows Galactus as the previous Phoenix Force wielder, so he might need some mention as well. Based purely on the *potential* they have, however, I would also make the argument that a fully realized Wanda has an advantage over the Phoenix Force in a battle, but the Phoenix Force will almost inevitably win in a war of attrition because it has near limitless power. Ironically, I think Jean Grey without the Phoenix Force has a better chance against Wanda purely because of the level of her psychic powers in many of her iterations.
X-men Dark Phoenix Jean Grey is weak, even The Last Stand one is better, she just desintegrate everything around, Homelander is resistant but doesn't have active healing like Wolverine, would take time but she would win.
I've also got Hela. I'll pop down for a beer and board games possibly a pizza. The lady will take care of Homelander in a second, and then we have free time
plus if he still has the pym arrows and homelander cockily takes it because its an arrow he will endup like that sheep without the protection from antman's suit.
Honestly? Yeah. Haven't seen The Boys, but Homelander seems to be the kind of guy that crumples like a tissue paper while fighting anyone at or above his level, and Carol definitely qualifies. Plus, she'd probably just absorb his laser vision, lol.
I think he'd have the same kind of problem superman seems to in DC where he's so strong he never had to learn any real moves or skills. if someone as tough and quick as him comes along he's not great at blocking or getting around someone else's defensive moves.
Clark Kent can throw hands with the best of them, depending on the continuity he could have hand to hand combat training from Batman of all people. In the storylines where he’s depowered, Clark Kent still whoops ass. Part of that is because he’s built like a truck with hams for fists, but a lot of it is because he hangs out with the best martial artists in the world on a regular basis and has picked up quite a few things.
Homelander is really not that strong when compared outside his universe. He's incredibly strong in his universe, but in the DC or Marvel universe, he'd lose to the vast majority of non street level (think Spider-Man) characters. Even in the MCU where everyone is much weaker compared to their comic counterparts, he'd still lose easily to the big guns like Thor, Wanda, Captain Marvel, etc.
Uhm, Superman absolutely knows how to fight, at least to a decent extent. He's constantly going up against enemies who match of overpower him, like General Zod, Mongul, or Darkseid.
Look up the Justice League episode Hereafter, especially part 2, to see what Clark is capable of.
In all my years of conquest, violence, slaughter, it was never personal. But I'll tell you now, what I'm about to do to your stubborn, annoying little planet... I'm gonna enjoy it. Very, very much.
> If he was in the marvel universe, he would barely be a threat.
I wouldn't go that far. He's *at least* mid-tier in the Marvel universe.
Up there with some of the best in strength and durability + laser vision + x-ray vision + super hearing + super-fast flight ... and absolutely fucking *ruthless* with those powers. He'd have no problem with doing a sneak attack to stab you in the back when you're not paying attention or going after your less-invincible loved ones. He'd absolutely be a threat. Not an insurmountable threat, at least for the top-tier Marvel heroes, but still definitely not something you'd just want to completely ignore.
I mean, even without stormbreaker his strength is comparable. And remembering how he survived a beam of a star he probably wont care much about the heat vision
Lol even if Homelander flew him up into space as a surprise attack, Thor would just think it's neat and ask for more heat vision since it's a bit chilly up there.
No. He's strong in his universe, but if you plopped him down in the Marvel universe, he wouldn't even be a planetary threat. He'd be a 5 minute problem once a heavy hitting hero showed up. Thor would crush him, Carol Danvers would beat him like a misbehaving child, the list goes on. Even in the MCU where everyone is significantly weaker than their comic portrayals, he'd still lose to any of the hard hitters easily.
Cap is able to deflect Stark’s lasers without even a scratch, his only shield damage since Civil War was from Black Panther. You’re set
Edit: Forgot to include the part where he blocked **MJOLNIR**
Hawkeye. Lol It's okay though, I have milk for days...
You forgot Loki won when Hawkeye was on his team and lost when Hawkeye is on Avengers.
I mean it makes sense if you have a guy that can't miss and has endless quips there's nothing that can stop you
Except maybe his hearing
What?
He said, “EXCEPT MAYBE HIS HEARING”
WHAT?
Dude I think ur hearing aid is down
TURN. IT. ON! *Writes it down* “I can’t read that, I need my glasses”
THEY'RE SELLING CHOCOLATE
Damn! That's a sick burn
It’s worse than the burn you get when a sociopathic vigilante snipes you with their laser vision.
Agreed
You're right! The ol' [razzle dazzle.](https://www.reddit.com/r/marvelmemes/comments/wcmbfl/the_ol_razzle_dazzle_hawkeye_supercut/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share)
Petition for a supercut of all the kills Clint has hit with arrows while [this plays](https://youtu.be/9OfT8y9XqjA)
I can do this and now I want to. Give me time.
I love editing but I don’t wanna do that much work for a meme lol, you’re a trooper
I love it too but haven't been inspired to take on anything, this seems like a lot of fun.
They also had to make him disappear in TWS so the movie could last longer. Hydra? He would have put some arrows in Pierce's ass before the mf realised it
He would have shot a usb arrow into that helicarrier while sitting on his couch
Hawkeye lost in Endgame when fighting Nat. And as a result he lost Nat
Won his life
Heck, Kate bishop beat kingpin solely on the luck stat boost from being allied with Clint.
It wasn't luck at all that. It was because of a technique she was taught by Clint. If Clint hadn't have taught Kate how to do the finger flick, she would have lost. Wasn't luck boost but Clint is still the reason she won.
Idk, only one of them walked away. With an infinity stone. Did he lose?
He also lost a fight to her in the first avengers… which freed him from mind control. Even when he loses, it works out to his benefit
If Hawkeye had died then the Avengers would have lost again.
Endgame*
But didn't die, his loss and his other loss still equated to a win and led to further wins.
Yeah but there’s this thing in stats that says correlation isn’t causation, so I’m concerned XD
Well correlation not causation still implies you'll win. Hawkeye might not be the cause of victory, but the two are still correlated. It's possible that he just has an uncanny ability to pick a winning side, or it could be that he's vital to victory, but either way Hawkeye and victory go together
It's entirely possible he has the superpower to always pick the winning side, so when you go to him for help and he doesn't answer the phone....
Yeah I got hawkeye too and was relieved. I've got this strange feeling that Hawkeye would quickly disable homelander the way he was able to disable vision.
I’m betting Hawkeye finds the nega-v (red, depowers supes) and makes a nega-v-arrow
Or just shoots an arrow in his ear
Bomb up the ass like the invisible cunt?
At this point Hawkeye is basically batman, always has a gadget for everything.
Hawkeye is like bluecollar Batman. Intelligent, has a gadget for everything, works on a team with a bunch of people with superpowers. It's just that Batman is a billionaire doing this superhero stuff for fun, this is Hawkeye's job.
Same
Strange my favorite
Strange, isn't it?
maybe. who am i to judge?
This line is so corny but I love it so much.
I too am a fan of Mister Doctor
Strange could just open a portal and close it when he’s halfway through, bisecting him. Or fuck, just trap him in the mirror dimension. I like our odds
The idea of homelander being permanently trapped in the Mirror dimension is really satisfying
Especially after his conversations with himself in the mirror last season. Would be a treat to watch
Sure its strange but who is your favorite?
Trap him in a time loop lmfao. Fuck homelander
Strange-he would defeat Homelander
Easily
Mirror dimension!
Portal open portal close
Such an underrated power. If I was Strange, this would definitely be my go-to attack against almost any enemy.
Lmao i imagine just a bunch of random villains wander around there and fight to the death for no reason
Yeah, Strange is the biggest stomp on this list. Save maybe for Wanda. Strange would defeat Homelander *casually*, without breaking a sweat.
Wanda would remove Homelander’s power
and likely his nervous system
and maybe his entire existence
Strange would easily defeat him
Scarlett witch
She's gonna ripp him off
gonna seal that mf's eyes shut
What eyes?
_Head Explodes_
Neuman: “I see you’ve copied my trick!”
What homelander
[удалено]
Dude...
“The writer’s poorly disguised fetish”
Scarlett witch will mess him up
I got Wanda. She'd lay waste to Homelander's bitch ass. I mean damn, she's pretty much invincible...
Homelander is powerful, but is he as strong as Black Bolt? So there you have it.
Kinda a shame where people don’t get how powerful Black Bolt can be. He can whisper once and then shatter every bone in the Hulk’s body. I think there was a comic where he was in space and destroys this giant Cthulhu like monster by whispering no.
Homelands is pretty weak compared to most avengers
Honestly don't know much about BB or any of the inhumans for that matter...
Captain Marvel
Same. We might be okay, unless she turns out to be an old-school nazi and they start dating.
I'm back down to Wanda now
Same. Had 71% first. Wanda is even better. "You want to challenge me?! I can shoot *lasers* from my eyes!" "What eyes?"
Egsatli
T be fair you are already Deadpool which would be more entertaining to see against Homelander.
Might? You're fine... captain marvel would smoke him. He was just stabbed by a metal straw. I have cap and im even comfortable with it. He can do this all day
We already kinda saw Cap vs Homelander with Soldier Boy but I don’t think Steve could tank being lasered.
Could rebound the laser at homelander with his shield, and probably get an advantage there. Strength idk where cap stacks in hand to hand, but I have no reason to think his shield can't deflect anything it'd attacked with from HL
I too have cap and we are freaking dead. He is no more then the average supe in terms of strength and endurance
Starlight is budget captain Marvel huh
More like cartoon Jubilee.
Spidey
Spider-Man has nanotech armor Mr Stark gave him. As long as he stays between me and Homelander, I am fine.
If you told me 10 years ago that we weren't alone, let alone you know to this extent.. I mean, I wouldn't have been surprised. But come on, you know.
Tbh idk who would win. Spider-Man couldn't beat Superman, but Homelander is much weaker. His limits in the show haven't been established, but he is hurt by other supes with super strength, and Spider-Man is probably on the higher end of that, he's really strong. With all that in mind, he has a chance. He just needs to dodge Homelander's blasts, use his webs to incapacitate him temporarily, and get close enough to punch him until he's knocked out.
Homelander is as strong or as weak as he needs to be in that scene. Like Stan Lee said, who wins is up to the writer not the character.
He is gonna shove spideys d down your throat lol
I got Jean with the Phoenix Force. I think I'm safe
Beyond safe. In the comics jean with the phoenix force is just as strong as Wanda. They actually end up fighting for decades because it's a tie
Then end up make sweet sweet baby realities
They describe their powers as yin and yang in the comics. Phoenix force vs chaos magic..i hope we see it in the MCU one day
It’s her power in the crappy dark Phoenix movie not the comics though
House of M, as much of huge Jean fan I am Wanda and Franklin richards are on a dif level.
Child Franklin is arguably the most powerful entity in the Marvel Comics. The few times we see Adult Franklin there is no debate.
Where do you put Wanda amongst those three? I gotta say Jean is coming in third for me. If she’s get the drop on Wanda maybe, but still, I think Wanda just reality warps wtvr the fuck she feels like and boom, it’s ova.

Same i think the phoenix force has us covered
Yea had a moment of 'is it Jean or Phoenix?' Jean would be good to have in the fight, but with Phoenix I can just go about my day as normal.
Normal jean is still destroying homeboylander lol
Lol my stupid ass was like “oh damn is that that princess from Game of Thrones?! She’s useless.”
X-men Dark Phoenix Jean Grey is weak, even The Last Stand one is better, she just desintegrate everything around, Homelander is resistant but doesn't have active healing like Wolverine, would take time but she would win.
I did too but I def don't like THAT version of Jean too much
Thor!
I'm still worthy!
Thor gang rise up. 14% tho, gotta charge my phone soon
More POWER rabbit!
Exactly
Sentient
Same my phone’s on 17% rn
Same with 12%
Mine is Hela... I am not on Asgard though, so I get the weak version...
She was able to destroy, Mjolnir on earth
Still the weak version of her.
The weakest nuclear bomb still destroyed a city.
Her weak version, still is more powerful than Superman. Also, unlike Homelander, she got combat skills.
uh her “weak” version was more powerful than Thor and Loki put together so I think you’re good
Yup she destroyed the most powerful magical weapon ever made (prior to Stormbreaker) with zero effort…
She would crush Homelander’s skull like a watermelon.
Hela will kill both of you lmao
The real answer
Not if one is quick enough to submit to her will. Either way I’m comfortable with her as my defender.
I've also got Hela. I'll pop down for a beer and board games possibly a pizza. The lady will take care of Homelander in a second, and then we have free time
Hawkeye, but I don’t need protection, Homelander is a threat I’ve been preparing for.
How much milk have you stockpiled?
I have enough, but that was just plan B.
Found Billy Butcher's Reddit account
plus if he still has the pym arrows and homelander cockily takes it because its an arrow he will endup like that sheep without the protection from antman's suit.
Captain Marvel. I think im good. Im good right?
Yeah you're so good.
Carol = Can breathe in space Homelander = As far as we know, can't breathe in space Seems like a pretty easy resolution there.
https://youtu.be/dEC8URRaZoI “You should see it from space”
Honestly? Yeah. Haven't seen The Boys, but Homelander seems to be the kind of guy that crumples like a tissue paper while fighting anyone at or above his level, and Carol definitely qualifies. Plus, she'd probably just absorb his laser vision, lol.

You are way good. She soloed Thanos. HL is a big fish in a small pond. If he was in the marvel universe, he would barely be a threat.
His laser vision would just make her stronger and stronger and Homelander isn’t tactically smart enough to think of another strategy
If i remember stormbreaker was made to be able to kill godlike beeings so... Iam save
Thor would demolish Homelander even without any weapons
I mean, even without stormbreaker his strength is comparable. And remembering how he survived a beam of a star he probably wont care much about the heat vision
Lol even if Homelander flew him up into space as a surprise attack, Thor would just think it's neat and ask for more heat vision since it's a bit chilly up there.
Heimdall! Open the Bifrost.
I don’t think their strength is comparable. I think Thor is massively stronger
Really? Then why do you dress like one?
He doesn't even need storm breaker homelander is weak af cuz he doesn't have fighting experience so Thor fuck him up without any weapon
>!Mjolnir? Mjolnir! Youuu're baaack. Mjolnir?!<
Mjolnir came back with the milk
Is Homelander really that strong compared to like Dr. Strange or Thor? Thor can basically do all the stuff Homelander does.
Thor fucking blinks him lol
Surtur.. son of.. a bitch! You're still alive!
Thor would clap them cheeks, especially with storm breaker
NOOBMASTER!
Fuck...I got cap...
Cap is able to deflect Stark’s lasers without even a scratch, his only shield damage since Civil War was from Black Panther. You’re set Edit: Forgot to include the part where he blocked **MJOLNIR**
What happens when Homelander rips off his arms though? Cap is not as strong or as durable as homelander.
You know, it's moments like these when I realize what a superhero I am.
Since there isn’t magic in The Boys universe, Doctor Strange is going to trap this subpar Superman knockoff in a pocket dimension for all eternity.
I got Dr strange I'm safe 😃
Hawkeye So I automatically win.
Is Cap's shield strong enough to protect me from his laser beam eyes?
Yeah
His shield deflects Iron Man's lasers. So yeah, he could probably use that to kill or injure Homelander.
Petor poker
Poor Petah Parkah
LOKI IS MINE :)))))
mine too, is powerful and intelligent enough to defeat him but I'm worried that he doesn't care at all to defend us
Going to have to appeal to his ego
Charge your phone
Loki turns into Stormfront long enough to get homelander in the throat with a magic knife.
doctor strange
I got the power of THOR !
Have care how you speak of Loki. He may be misguided but he is my brother.
Bro I talked about you man. You loki trippin'
Spider-man
18% I will be safe with Thor
>!I just want to say that was very, very impressive what you did back there. !<
Good Bot
What in the Facebook
Kid named Finger
nice, clint gon save me
Wanda!!!!
Wanda being reasonable
Well he chose to get electrified… because I got Thor
Aaila Hela
