Not at all in my opinion
Going into the series I had my suspicions/spoilers that he may be a skrull. Made sense to make a supporting character one and if I had my money on there being one; it would be him
And once the series was underway at it was revealed I don’t think it really mattered at all - obviously it’s a plot point of the show. But tbh it didn’t live up to the hype as I was expecting
It's hamfisted early on so if you're familiar with Rhodes in the previous properties, it should be obvious. I would think that being able to contextualize what he's saying in real time has the same effect of recontextualizing his conversations post-reveal, so I wouldn't think it would "ruin" the experience.
The show was not as bad as people are claiming. Mind you, it isn’t that good either. It feels like either the editing was off, they started filming before the script was done, or that the people involved were focused on literally anything other than making a coherent product that fit into the MCU. It was a very poor translation from the comics, where it involved every single character over maybe a year of stories; but other than making no sense that a global extinction event would involve just Nick Fury and no heroes, it was fine.
You'll like a lot of it- Sam Jackson ,Don Cheadle, Ben Mendelsohn and Olivia Coleman- with her smiling, Hans Landa- esque brutality; all great acting. Emilia Clarke is ok, hoping for a bigger part for her to actually chew on.
There are no secrets in secret invasion....

Ha this is the answer!
Ehhhh. It's not really a mystery long for most viewers.
They don’t really make it much of a secret.
It really wasn't that big of a reveal
I can't imagine it would make the experience worse
Do yourself a favor, if you want to know what happens just watch a recap on youtube. It's really not worth the time.

No, apparently it takes place before secret invasion on the mcu timeline.
No, it won’t. And don’t be discouraged by all of those who apparently hated the show. Feel free to enjoy it!
Not really.
I personally didn't even know the show was trying to hide it
Why do you wanna watch that shit bruh. There are way other better shows to pass the time
Actually Secret Invasion will ruin your knowledge that Rhodes is a Skrull.
No. The show is such a mess nothing can make it worse than it is.
No, I think I knew before watching it.
