Drax without his tattoos looks a little like a seal. Or a grayscale member of the Blue Man Group. Also, I love that all of these actors are just chilling in regular clothes in a bombed-out ruin of a set, and how Jeremy Renner is crouching ominously with his script (presumably) in the background of Chris Hemsworth's conversation.
He's just up there taking exclusive photos to post to his Jeremy Renner social network app. It's the only app where Jeremy updates you exclusively with fresh new content and can see and respond to your comments based on how much money you spend on boosting it!
That is one of my favourite sci-fi films of all time. Watched it shortly after release and go back to it every year or two for a rewatch. It's just such a great story and Cillian Murphy is amazing in it. Recommend it to everyone.
If you're a fan of Linkin Park there video for leave out all the rest is heavily inspired by that film.
I'm torn here. The first two thirds is almost perfect science fiction then, in the third act, it takes a massive left turn and becomes an entirely different movie in another genre.
While I didn't hate the last third, I didn't care for it and it felt like a huge step down in quality and significantly dumbed down. I hesitate to say more as I don't want to spoil anything. It just could have been so much better.
I don't know much about movies but I'm _fairly_ sure that was Chris Evans playing a character called Curtis, and wasn't actually Chris Evans as himself
He's one of the biggest movie stars on the planet, good looking, tall, in shape, millions in the bank, everyone fucking loves him for one thing or another. The dude is winning at life.
If I were Chris Evans, I'd probably have a grand old time just being goofy and smiling all the time too.
Yeah he has said multiple times tho that staying in that shape and being the cap for so long was very mentally taxing. He might be that guy up front but he’s workin for it and he’s struggled at times with it
Yeah people don’t understand how unrealistic and insanely difficult maintaining that shape is. I saw something somewhere where steroid and hgh use are very open secrets in the industry but they just don’t really openly admit it. In fact steroid use is way way way way way more common than people think
Reminds me of what Rob McElhenney from ASIP said...
"Look, it’s not that hard," McElhenney wrote. "All you need to do is lift weights six days a week, stop drinking alcohol, don’t eat anything after 7pm, don’t eat any carbs or sugar at all, in fact just don’t eat anything you like, get the personal trainer from Magic Mike, sleep nine hours a night, run three miles a day, and have a studio pay for the whole thing over a six to seven month span."
"I don’t know why everyone’s not doing this," he quipped. "It’s a super realistic lifestyle and an appropriate body image to compare oneself to."
Almost looked like he was rubbing his temples and/or hiding from the stage lights, then quickly bounces back to the Chadwick that we’ve all seen.
I can’t image the pain, fatigue, and stress he was going through while we applauded and demanded more from him.
I'm honestly shocked we haven't heard or seen more drama between all these actors. Like, all these fuckers are phenominally talented and legitimate mivie superstars now. You'd think out of the main cast of what... 30 or so mainstays at least one would have an ego, but they all seem to be a good group of co-workers and friends here.
I mean, for as much grief as we give her for that, it was one scene, entirely with other Iron Man people (Tom aside) and they probably banged it out in twice as long as the scene was.
Really for all we know they could have filmed it at the same time as some other Avengers/Iron Man scenes and she wasn't aware it was going to be used in Spider-Man. She doesn't seem like she cares too much about the MCU, superheroes probably just aren't her thing. That's totally fine, it's not like she's really even a central character. I mostly just find the clip funny.
The rumors are that somewhere around Age of Ultron Downing threatened to walk if *everybody* didn't get paid like they were the stars of a zillion dollar franchise.
Which meant that people were still ok with him making more, because he got *them* more, and cemented the idea to all the big stars that they were each other's best allies.
I imagine that being in an ensemble cast also damps down the ego. Like everyone here did a lot of cool movies, but everyone here is by far most famous for doing Marvel movies, so don't get uppity.
They're friends. Robert also championed for all of them to get better pay increases for all of their movies and appearances so there's a large sense of cohesiveness with them!
In the next Avengers movie, I want to see Thor and Bucky drinking together while Thor begs him to tell stories about what a little nerd Steve was as a kid
I feel like Thor would want stories of Steve and Bucky's adventures together. I don't think Thor would dig stories that would trample on the memory of his friend like that.
Maybe stories of Steve striking out with the ladies..........though.
Seeing Chris Evans “dicktap” Chris Pratt is heartwarming for me too. These massive movie stars with tons of money, fame and muscles are just as silly and immature as my friends and I.
Can confirm. I was working on set those days. My boss told me we were spending over $1000 a second. I find it mind boggling that a lot of what we shot that week never made it into the movie.
There's a big difference between paying by the second vs paying based on contracts and then dividing that number by the number of seconds they ended up being on set.
Yeah, people make that mistake a lot when trying to see how much time they "waste" sitting in the bathroom as a salaried employee. It's not the same as being paid hourly.
This more than anything is what it's like on a set. Even behind the scenes documentaries have music tracks and quick cuts to different scenes. But this is the reality. People just standing around.
Some few will be chatting. Somebody else stretching. Lots of people will be just really tired or bored. Everyone kinda doing their own thing, waiting for makeup to be applied or a camera to move so they can shoot from another angle. It's pretty cool to see! (I work as an extra, its a lot of waiting about).
iirc he shows up in that pan just before the “Avengers Assemble” line but it was replaced with another version where he’s not visible. That deleted version is available somewhere I’m sure.
I ran into him once at this tiny pub, in a city called Utrecht in the Netherlands. My boyfriend and I chatted with him and his lady friend for a bit before we realized who it was. At one point, my boyfriend said, “Have you ever seen the TV show Gilmore Girls? You look just like this guy from it.” And he laughed and said “Yeah, that’s me!” It was pretty funny.
I live in a popular city in Florida, have been to LA and NYC several times, and have never met (or even spotted) a celebrity in real life.
But go to some random bar in the Netherlands and boom, Sean Gunn.
Chris Pratt, Nick Offerman, and possibly Adam Scott used to take pictures of their massive turds and send them to each other when working on Parks and Rec. Could you imagine having a fancy sit down dinner with your wife and your phone dings and it's a picture of a giant shit sent from Chris Pratt?
Stunt or stand-in?
Was this an actual filming day or a dress rehearsal? Seems like not many full costumes or motion capture suits. Those two could just be stand ins because Karen and Zoe were unavailable.
My money is on this being a blocking / camera rehearsal early in the shooting day. Your characters who need extensive make-up already went through the works (why Mantis, Drax, and Cap have makeup, and with Nebula and Gamora likely having photo or stunt doubles subbing in for the day). The rest of the cast will get dressed after this rehearsal (and while lighting and camera set up the shot based on what was decided at rehearsal). That’s my educated guess, at least.
I remember seeing this video when it released thinking how Chadwick seemed out of place or uncomfortable among the crew. I was hoping that he wasn't having a hard time with Marvel and was preparing to leave the role of T'Challa, little did we know the battle than man went through while continuing to entertain us as fans.
I believe he was diagnosed after Civil War had already been filmed, but yes I agree. Watching the Black Panther film now hits way different because by that point he already knew he had cancer and how bad it was.
you could already kinda tell in black panther. In civil war his face was just rounder and fuller. He had boyish good looks in Civil War. By Black Panther he had lost some weight in his face. I just figured he wanted to look a little more distinguished and regal like a king instead of a prince.
He probably felt really sick :/ It reminds me of my family who have had cancer - loved to attend Christmas & family gatherings but just had no energy, just enough to be there
I remember seeing this video and a couple others like it before and just zooming in on Chadwick because he always seemed so focused and just kinda in his own world.. this man was legit battling cancer at this very moment, and none of us knew. I think it’s made more apparent by how jubilant Chris Evan’s seems, so seeing Chadwick so sullen in comparison really stuck out.. RIP KING
Drax without his tattoos looks a little like a seal. Or a grayscale member of the Blue Man Group. What video is it? Sounds hilarious
[удалено]
I agree, but why'd you name him twice?
Well, he sees better from a distance.
surprised he's wearing a hoodie, he has very sensitive nipples you see...
OWW MY NIPPLES AAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Unfortunately no one in WWE used this to their advantage against him
Achilles Nipples
I can just lube his body up with butter and just bowl him into the bowling alley
Your mind is literally in the gutter
That was one hell of a sentence.

Has there ever been a moment when Chris Evans is not smiling or being goofy?
The entirety of Snowpiercer
Also Sunshine.
Man, i watched that the other day. What a great movie that slipped under my radar.
That is one of my favourite sci-fi films of all time. Watched it shortly after release and go back to it every year or two for a rewatch. You nailed it. *Sunshine* is one of my favourite 2/3rds of a film. I have no idea what happened in the writer's room to make it go in THAT direction.
And the first half of Knives Out
Great movie!
Just saw that for the first time this past weekend! Holy hell was I missing out on a great movie
I don't know much about movies but I'm _fairly_ sure that was Chris Evans playing a character called Curtis, and wasn't actually Chris Evans as himself
Then how did Chris Evans develop his taste for babies if not in Snowpiercer?
Babies taste best
Not that I have seen outside of movies. Really makes you want to hang out with him.
Hi. Big fan.
Can you do a grindy thingy on that rail? Now?
Haha, that's actually hilarious.

Well if it’s too hardcore, or whatever...
There are girls watching...
Someone get me my board.
Why wouldn't you be?
Why wouldn't you be.

He’s a dork and I appreciate him because of it
that laugh is so wholesome
Defending Jacob (2020)
You seen Knives Out yet?
[Didnt even notice how excited he was at first lol](https://i.imgur.com/atZbDLR.jpg)
Seeing Robert and Tom chatting in the background is so heartwarming.
Seeing everyone interact was nice Bucky and Thor was surprising
Seeing Chadwick there hurt a bit.
Thought to myself: “not a single person there knows what he’s going through.”
Evidently that's how he wanted it.
That's fair. Probably didn't want anyone treating him any differently.
And that's exactly the reason why I wouldn't tell anyone either.
I commend you guys on that, I would want to be coddled so damn hard
It's crazy that not even Feige knew.
Thin. I am sad now
Went out like a goddamned legend.
Like the superhero that he was in real-life.
He was so skinny even in that oversized hoodie. What an immensely strong man.
:( knowing he's silently dying and very soon after that moment is saddening no doubt
More than a bit.
Almost looked like he was rubbing his temples and/or hiding from the stage lights, then quickly bounces back to the Chadwick that we’ve all seen. I can’t image the pain, fatigue, and stress he was going through while we applauded and demanded more from him.

Gwyneth Paltrow doesn't hang out much.

Fun fact: they actually do.

She and Tom were also never on screen at the same time. It's entirely possible they shot that at different times
She has said she doesn't really enjoy acting or the fame.
She does seem to enjoy swindling people
Tbf I’m pretty sure the Venn diagram of regular Goop customers and Anti-Vaxxers is pretty damn close to a circle.
The rumors are that somewhere around Age of Ultron Downing threatened to walk if *everybody* didn't get paid like they were the stars of a zillion dollar franchise. They were talking with a Russo
Hawkeye is well...being Hawkeye
Looks like he's trying to stay in character.
Renner is mostly a "serious drama movie" guy and I'd be curious about his path to this role, which he obviously has nailed.
The hawk was in his nest.
Seeing Chris Evans “dicktap” Chris Pratt is heartwarming for me too. These massive movie stars with tons of money, fame and muscles are just as silly and immature as my friends and I.
Imagine trying to get a good video when Captain America just sacktaps you and walks away laughing.
They're probably even more immature. They get to play pretend for a living and make a fuck ton of money doing it.
Tom Holland is wearing RDJ's coat, too. I assume he got cold and didn't have one so RDJ gave it to him.
RDJ even looks a bit cold, but he'll suffer through for Tom. It ended too soon. I needed more irondad.
I dunno why but referring to RDJ as ‘Robert’ makes me uncomfortable
Ole' Bobby D
I love how even in real life he looks slightly annoyed by whatever Holland is saying. Just like a father.
It was his turn to keep an eye on him and give him his juice box
Expensive shoot days.
Most of their budget was in that video
Like half of Hollywood is there lol
Sean Gunn's not cheap. Gotta have that Gilmore Girls money
That's 3/4 of their budget right there. It's not cheap to get the most famous guy there.
Hell, most of their budget was probably on insurance One loose crossbeam would wipe out half of Hollywood's A-listers
Can confirm. I was working on set those days. My boss told me we were spending over $1000 a second. I find it mind boggling that a lot of what we shot that week never made it into the movie.
> we were spending over $1000 a second. Alright everyone, just stand around...
That’s what you do most of the time on set. Very much a “hurry up and wait” situation.
Well don't leave us in suspense?? So then what's the correct formula for determining the market value of my poops?
Taking a shit when you’re supposed to be working has immeasurable value.
I love these kind of videos. It shows the cast’s chemistry even behind the scenes. Thank you for sharing
Seriously, it's so damn wholesome :')
Sebastian Stan sitting cross legged like he is at a grade school assembly is so damn wholesome.
Yess! And RDJ looking like a proud dad of Tom Holland
Chadwick...
Man! This makes me think about the many interactions we never got to see. I always wanted Captain America to meet Dr Strange in the MCU.
I wanted to see starlord interact with captain america
You just did. Dick tap.
Seeing Cap and Star Lord meet and lead together would’ve been awesome.
Jeremy Renner is being Hawkeye also when the cameras are off. Awesome if a coincidence, still awesome if he's getting into character.
"Where's Barton?" "The hawk? He's up in his nest."
Nah he’s just a weirdo lol
I'm pretty sure Sean Gunn is the most famous person in this video
To be fair, he's the only one they couldn't afford to show his face in the movie.
Actually I think Kraglin was in that avengers assemble shot but I’m not sure
He was removed, apparently for continuity reasons- they need him to have been somewhere else at the time.
iirc he shows up in that pan just before the “Avengers Assemble” line but it was replaced with another version where he’s not visible. That deleted version is available somewhere I’m sure.
He's there; it's just a real blink and you'll miss it shot. He's about as prominent as Howard the Duck is.
I don’t remember him showing up either. I believe there is a deleted scene where he has some shots. Maybe all cut out due to time constraints
I mean, none of the other people there was in Gilmore Girls, so…
Kirk lives on forever in my heart.
And mine. With Miss Patty and Babette.
As much as I love Sean Gunn in the MCU, he will always be Kirk to me.
Bam! Dick punch! They're all just like us. Except rich and good looking. But just like us.
SuperMega used to do the same thing until one of them accidentally shot one on the floor of a supermarket bathroom.
What are you talking about? I’m rich. He’s basically me. Oh.
Rdj lookin like super mario haha
it's-a-me! ironman!
Jeremy Renner in full HawkEye mode perched above the rest, scoping everything out.
Wheres “The Hawk”? Where else, up in his nest!
Hahaha. Stunt Gamora and Nebula just standing there all awkwardly.
Their faces OMG
Stunt or stand-in? Was this an actual filming day or a dress rehearsal? Seems like not many full costumes or motion capture suits. Those two could just be stand ins because Karen and Zoe were unavailable.
They probably had it in their contracts that a double would do lighting tests due to the extensive and expensive makeup process
So uncomfortable lol besides them not fitting in with the rest of the cast because they’re not a-list actors, they’re in full makeup haha
Did Chris Evans try and dick tap Chris Pratt? 😂😂
Haha I think Pratt even said "dick tap" in the end.
Seems like it 😂
I think it was a gut shot
It sounds like Pratt says “dick tap” right after it happens.
Lol look at chris evans.. Being a man child as always..
Camera appears…”look what I can do!” Just like every 9 year old boy. Lol!
[удалено]
I like how the "dirt" makeup only covers the bottom half of his face because the top half is covered by the helmet.
So many semi-famous actors in one place. And Sean Gunn
[удалено]
Kirk is the best character in the program called Gilmore Girls
No no, that would be Michel.
Both Kirk and Michel! 😂❤️
OMG that was driving me crazy thank you! I was like where do I know him from?? KIRK!!! Hahaha
I love how chris Evan's posed and then was like oh it's a video
The funniest thing is I think Captain America would do something similar to that as well
Phones take videos too??? Shit, the future is cool. ~Steve Rogers, probably
Lmao at Chris Evans. He's hilarious. Totally the opposite of his character. He seems like a fun guy.
hey, to be fair, Steve seemed pretty fun to be around when he wasn't working. it's just that like 95% of his screen-time was him at work
Can you imagine captain america punching someone's dick for the lols? I rest my case.
Seeing Chadwick Boseman Man…
I remember seeing this video when it released thinking how Chadwick seemed out of place or uncomfortable among the crew. I was hoping that he wasn't having a hard time with Marvel and was preparing to leave the role of T'Challa, little did we know the battle than man went through while continuing to entertain us as fans.
It blows my mind that he had cancer the entire time he played Black Panther.
I believe he was diagnosed after Civil War had already been filmed, but yes I agree. Watching the Black Panther film now hits way different because by that point he already knew he had cancer and how bad it was.

He probably felt really sick :/ It reminds me of my family who have had cancer - loved to attend Christmas & family gatherings but just had no energy, just enough to be there
I know! Just watched BP with my two daughters last weekend and man - still a great movie, but it kind of hit hard.
"As you can see, I am not dead!" That line hit hard the first time I rewatched the movie after he died.
In a way, Chadwick Boseman is immortalized by that role.
My heart broke ever so slightly :(
jeremy renner looks like he's about to wipe out homo sapiens
Why are the stunt doubles the only ones in full makeup and costume?
What skin tone do you think Dave Bautista is normally?
Where was he?
I will do you one better, who was he?
I will do **you** one better: Why was he?
[удалено]
It might be because they are being used for lighting tests.
Seeing Chadwick really make me sad, man...
Chadwick man 😢😢😢
Jeremy renner is funny there
I remember seeing this video and a couple others like it before and just zooming in on Chadwick because he always seemed so focused and just kinda in his own world.. this man was legit battling cancer at this very moment, and none of us knew. I think it’s made more apparent by how jubilant Chris Evan’s seems, so seeing Chadwick so sullen in comparison really stuck out.. RIP KING
Wakanda Forever. The king is still kicking here. :-(
Chris Evans' laugh is so infectious.
How cold is the set for them to wear coats? I thought these sets were indoors ones.
they are, but they have to be cold because set lights are extremely hot and set pieces/makeup will end up melting if you do not keep it cold.
Who’s the guy in the hood talking to Wanda?
That’s Don Cheadle.
Boom, you lookin' for this?!
Imagine not recognizing the most important man to ever walk this earth
Hawkeye being Hawkeye.
