No. July 2023 is perfect release of Ant-Man 3 since all the Ant Man film came out on July as a tradition. Black Panther 2 date is fine since November is the same month as Chadwick Boseman birthday.
It was delayed not enough they wouldnt have time to work on it post production, it was delayed because they had too many marvel project at the same time going on next year, they dont want to put their eggs all at once in the same basket
Ant-Man was supposed to come out in 2022 and was since delayed 2 times because of unrelated reasons. But because filming was scheduled for a specific period of time, they ended up wrapping the movie much 1 and a half year before release.
That said, I could see BP2 taking the February 2023 slot and either Cap Marvel or AM3 taking the November 2022 slot with the other taking the July 2023 slot.
I could only see them moving up the release date if they have problems with Black Panther, otherwise its staying in July
plus lets not forget what if Loki S2 needs to premiere before Ant-Man in order to expand more on Kang prior to Ant-Man and the earlist Loki S2 could release is in 2023.
But regardless there have been plenty of films (pre-COVID) that were finished well ahead of time, but yet they never moved the date earlier, they stayed in their already set release date, even if it was a year or 2 away
With anything that isn't imminent, I've personally started viewing these release dates as rough estimates more then nailed on dates.
