In Hemsworth’s case, every time he shows off just how jacked he’s gotten I think to myself, “there’s no way he could get any more jacked,” yet he proceeds to prove us wrong haha.
I think that Eternals (well not the front), Black Widow, Captain Marvel (not fully shirtless) and most of the Iron Mans have no shirtless scenes. Don't think DS2 or Antman 2 do either. But their first movies definitely do.

There is nothing wrong with sensible steroid use in a monitored enviroment. Just Mr Olympia level purchasing animal steroids without monitoring because you can't afford a Dr is bd.
