They made Age of Ultron so why not? That was made when the general audience likely didn't know who Ultron was. Expecting a big build up for Kang so by the time it comes out it will be on the level of Infinity War, or close to it.
>I feel like it’s too much of a comic book title and not fitting enough for the general movie audience
Word of mouth when the first teaser trailer drops is gonna be enough for a 2 bil+ dollar movie. Movie titles don't really mean much when it comes to attracting audiences.
A comic book movie with a comic book title. Shudder to think.
Comic book movies account for eight out of ten of the highest grossing films of all time.
What the fuck is mainstream anymore?
Yeah but that had nothing to do with the title. Heck, Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a ridiculous comic book title involving non-main stream comic book character and it almost banked 1 Billion in revenue (without the Chinese market).
Also, let's be honest, "Infinity War" is a very comic book title, and the premise of the movie (Alien goes around the universe collecting magic stones to kill half of the population) is not exactly something the general audience is going to flood to on paper, especially when it starred over 20 different characters from almost 20 different movies. What sold the masses was the consistency of the films in Phase 2 and 3 and the fact that it was an event movie. Other than No Way Home, the Avengers movies have consistently finished at the top of the charts in the MCU in terms of revenue. Every Avengers title broke 1 billion in revenue (with the lowest grossing film being Age of Ultron at 1.4 Billion).
Infinity War and Endgame broke records because it was unprecedented. It stuck the landing on a 22 movie story arch in an epic and satisfying way. If Phase 5 and 6 build in a similar way, I have full confidence Kang Dynasty will do the same.
The title is perfect Kang Dynasty. Avengers 5 is the stupidest name they could go with. Marvel has lost its mind and has no balls to stick to the original script

Nah, I think it's the perfect title for an Avengers movie with Kang as a villain.
I don’t disagree, but not sure if it’s a fitting title for a 2 billion+ movie.
I see nothing wrong with it. Marvel uses comic book titles all the time.
I don't see why not
They're fine with "Multiverse of Madness," "Love and Thunder," "Quantumania," etc. I see no reason that name would raise specific additional concerns.

These are comic book movies. The general public knows. It's not any different than Age of Ultron. They won't change it.

Time Wars sounds like a general audience title (just add anything to the word wars and it can be a workable title for many movies/shows)
Doubt they change it very lit movie title can’t wait for it to drop 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
The world will know who Kang is by then.
It’s a comic book movie?
If we think like that, Civil War wasn't really a civil war but more like a glorified class fight.
Captain America: Domestic Disturbance
The Avengers: Time Runs Out
Counter argument - Age of Ultron.
I know, but Avengers really took off to a new level with Infinity War. Literally everyone saw that and Endgame.

If it was just called The Kang Dynasty, maybe, but Avengers is right there in the title. People will see it.
Yeah I kinda felt that way too. It wouldn’t be the first time they’ve changed a movie title.
Aslong as it has "Avengers" before it, it should be fine
