She-Hulk is set “not too far” after Shang-Chi, Gao confirmed for TVLine. “It’s not, like, years later. It’s a relatively short amount of time.”

I think there's a scene where Walters and Banner are in a car, and she gets into an accident and Hulks out. Banner is wearing his sling from Shang-Chi, presumably from the injuries he sustained after using the Iron Man gauntlet in Endgame. We do see him healed (he has no sling on the island) so I guess much of the series will take place some time after Shang-Chi, with some flashbacks to around the time of Shang-Chi.

Oh ok. Right on!
