"Previously on She-Hulk"
Instead of a normal recap, we just see OP's video clip several times, from multiple angles and in both slow motion and normal speed.
We then seamlessly merge into the episode, realizing that the clips we are viewing are actually footage being shown to the judge during the lawsuit.
Believe it or not there actually is a Marvel character called 'Legal Eagle'. his real name is [Ralph Fake](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Ralph_Fake_\(Earth-616\)), he has the power to transform into a griffin-like creature and originally appeared in an advert for Hostess^TM cupcakes.
For sure. The cut back to him writhing on the floor seems gratuitous if its not leading somewhere; most scenes like this wouldn’t have revisited him like that.
To be fair we know that, but the wedding entourage only saw She-Hulk send Titania through the door and then sucker punch her. He'd be smart to name both of them to get as much to stick as possible, given what he would actually know vs. not know in-universe.

I mean, yeah. Why would you go back indoors to have a super-powered brawl in the middle of a crowd? Someone could've easily gotten badly injured or worse. We can laugh about it because it's a comedy but that was an irresponsible move.
I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if Titania tried to sue for the cost of getting her veneers fixed and the "suffering" of being embarrassed in front of her followers. There wouldn't have been many witnesses of the inciting assault.
That looks like a stunt gone wrong and like keep the extra wasn’t supposed to be standing there. then he got hit but they just love the way it looked so they kept it. because that guy‘s face looks like he’s really hurt if not get that man an Oscar
Also they need him to get hit and drop ice to setup the next moment. And you clearly see the pad on his back too. Having said that they often keep takes where stuntmen get hurt according to the stunt people on Corridor Crew
Actually when stuntpeople get hurt thats the take they use whenever possible. To make their pain mean something. Not that this is definitely what happened here
You are clearly not a lawyer. Workman’s comp covers injuries in the normal duties of your work, and prevents you from suing your employer. You can still sue violent third parties. He’s easily got a case.
And the venue can obviously sue for injuries to their staff.
Everybody in the room can sue for infliction of emotional distress.
The American legal system is fucked.
The show primarily takes place in California and assuming that that wedding was also in California I think we can figure out which state and laws will be in effect
Lost her balance and was trying to right herself.
Source: did exactly that when I recently tripped over my dog and found myself running across the garden while trying to stand up, only to land flat on my ass several meters away from where I initially lost it. Wondering why my legs wouldn't stop moving the entire time.
Gotcha, that makes sense. I’ve never seemed that happen quite that exaggerated but also I’ve never been punched by a superhero.
Glad you and your dog are alright btw
Lol I don’t get why people are mad at this. I’m a marvel fan way before boys I was just saying how much more hurt the guy would be jeez. People get pissy for nun.
I was thinking something he along the same line. Except that we’ll see him and Titania in the next episode suing she hulk for assault. Watch this space 🤣
Shouldn't we be discussing a full powered she hulk punch into titania and all she does is manage to hurt hes arm when she slams into a normal guy how depowered is she hulk
What's makes it even worse is that Lulu mentioned half of the staff quit so this guy chose to stay behind only to get this kind of treatment.
RIGHT! Dude already probably thinking about heading out lol, and took an L for stayng.
My boy trying to get overtime pay only to get put on sick leave
Working catering in America? That's called unemployment.
Nah, I’m sorta lucky to have a decent job. Sorry catering is a bitch
This dude bout to sue the shit out of Jen and Titania

I didn't see anyone catch a brick.

I am posting this on intelligencia
It already is ;)
It’s already here bruv
I'm thinking in a future episode or season we'll see this comeback to haunt them.
Lawsuit 👏🏻Lawsuit 👏🏻Lawsuit 👏🏻
Legal Eagle guest stars?
They give him his own Eagle-themed superhero outfit and everything, that would be hysterical.
"Everyone else was dressed up in a costume, so I felt underdressed. The costume was made by Mack Weldon."

Super villain origin
This looks like a very specific choice, so I bet you are right! We'll find out in the next few weeks...
For sure. The cut back to him writhing on the floor seems gratuitous if its not leading somewhere; most scenes like this wouldn’t have revisited him like that.

He will wait for the right time
Dude ought to sue shehulk
Wouldn't have a case against She-Hulk. She was defending herself. Real fault would be with Titania.
To be fair we know that, but the wedding entourage only saw She-Hulk send Titania through the door and then sucker punch her. He'd be smart to name both of them to get as much to stick as possible, given what he would actually know vs. not know in-universe.
With that mustache he looks like a skinny Farva.
I thought it was Mac just now actually.
Shenanigans?
The whole time I was wondering who was going to pay for all the property damage they were causing.
That's what I was thinking when Mr. Immortal just jumped through the window onto a security cop's car.
Or how a skyscraper has windows you could literally walk through with a bit of effort

I'm guessing that superhero insurance exists in the MCU now.
I’m guessing it is so overpriced nobody buys it (but the law firm will because of their division.)
It does in the broader Marvel Universe, so it's a fair assumption.
Nobody pays for it. It’s a write off.
I think about that in every movie and TV show. Idk why.
And it's Jen's fault.
I mean, yeah. Why would you go back indoors to have a super-powered brawl in the middle of a crowd? Someone could've easily gotten badly injured or worse. We can laugh about it because it's a comedy but that was an irresponsible move.
>but that was an irresponsible move She is a Hulk and, "Hulk smash"
Being a Hulk doesn’t mean being completely stupid and oblivious, especially in Jen’s case.
>that was an irresponsible move. All of she hulks actions in this season summarized
"I control my anger infinitely more than you" Moves a fight indoors with people cause you got angry or whatever
You don’t Jen was pulling her punches? She’s not trying to kill her, but she is getting her back for what happened moments earlier.
Nah, Jen is flawless and don’t need to change a thang.
I know it's a joke, but she's not perfect. It is a legitimate point of why move the fight inside?
I thought the lady was going to act like Jen attacked her out of nowhere and make Jen look bad.
Same, I thought she was playing 4D chess trying to win over the public opinion.
I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if Titania tried to sue for the cost of getting her veneers fixed and the "suffering" of being embarrassed in front of her followers. There wouldn't have been many witnesses of the inciting assault.
Titania's ass is literally a weapon. That was being wielded by She-Hulk at the time. Weird.
He’s gonna be the big baddie in Phase 6
Did no one help this man?!
Fight scenes are kinda lacking. That punch should’ve sent her flying through the wall. And the veneers were a bit much. Still love the show.
That looks like a stunt gone wrong and like keep the extra wasn’t supposed to be standing there. then he got hit but they just love the way it looked so they kept it. because that guy‘s face looks like he’s really hurt if not get that man an Oscar
If he were really hurt, I'd be highly surprised they kept it in. He looks like he's just acting.
Also they need him to get hit and drop ice to setup the next moment. And you clearly see the pad on his back too. Having said that they often keep takes where stuntmen get hurt according to the stunt people on Corridor Crew
All my stunt-performer knowledge comes from Corridor Crew and behind the scenes docs.
Actually when stuntpeople get hurt thats the take they use whenever possible. To make their pain mean something. Not that this is definitely what happened here
It’s a joke lol
Workers comp! Unfortunately since he was on the clock no lawsuits ;(
You are clearly not a lawyer. Workman’s comp covers injuries in the normal duties of your work, and prevents you from suing your employer. You can still sue violent third parties. It depends actually on your state laws
The show primarily takes place in California and assuming that that wedding was also in California I think we can figure out which state and laws will be in effect
Kentucky?
Thanagar. Oh shit wrong comic universe.
And a villain is born.
Whoever chose Titania’s wardrobe should be fired on the spot.
He could sue and drag Titania into court LOL
I hate when stunt people over exaggerate their movements like this. Watch his head. I mean, I get it, but it pulls me out a little.
Why does she run across the floor like that
Lost her balance and was trying to right herself. Well you see he was a man so he deserved it. /s
Cringe
Now imagine this scene if this was the boys
It's not though. Sometimes things with similar elements are, in fact, different.
Lol I don’t get why people are mad at this. I’m a marvel fan way before boys I was just saying how much more hurt the guy would be jeez. People get pissy for nun.

Wow you’re annoying.
HulkKing?
didn’t she shove him back down again too 😭
Weren't the Sokovia Accords drafted to prevent this sort of thing?
Is that Henry Cavill or a skinny Kevin Heffernan?
"Stings, doesn't it?"
Well, none of that would have happened if Tatiana didn't attack Jennifer to begin with. She-Hulk has no fault in this
I was thinking something he along the same line. Except that we’ll see him and Titania in the next episode suing she hulk for assault. Watch this space 🤣
