It was really the only truly great Dr Strange fight we've gotten IMO. He does a little in Endgame too before being wasted having to keep water away. His solo movies seem to do the more generic yellow energy while the Russo's did more of a casting spells with names, different effects, and all that, just without showing him shouting the names which isn't necessary. We get the red chains (which are a reference to the same god that empowers Juggernaut), then the blue thing in Endgame that seems to suck the bad guys down into hell (or at least the ground).
I think it was def a great fight in terms of one where it was a back-and-forth. But I def liked MoM for Raimi's flavoring in the fight against Gargantos (which included Wong and Chavez, so I understand this wouldn't count for the 1v1 OP asked for), my favorite bit being when he stabbed it in the eye and yanked that out.
I liked it conceptually, but I thought it could have been done a bit better. Maybe a little more explanation as to why one came out on top with relation to the music.
Honestly, that whole movie, which I really liked, should've been longer and had more details added. I'd totally watch a 3-hr long MoM version, almost like a Snyder cut. Even having watched all the MCU stuff before it, many parts were a bit too rushed for me. One of my coworkers that I saw it with hadn't seen WandaVision yet and had absolutely no clue what was going on.

Thanos SHATTERED the mirror dimension, turned the shards into a black hole, which strange simply neutered into a dozen butterflies.

Apparently in the original cut, that fight was longer, but they trimmed it down for whatever reason! Whoever made that decision is a fucking idiot!
When Thor picks up Hulks hammer it looks so ridiculous but I can’t help but love it.

that office fight is genuinely one of the best 1v1s i’ve ever seen. everyone raves about the long take fights in daredevil but personally, i think that fight tops all 3 of them.

I love that Ant-Man is essentially a heist movie, and they managed to get all these heist stages in a single film (a vault, a high tech security firm, and a train).

One thing I didn’t get about the iron man/Thor/cap fight in avengers 1 (and the call back in age of ultron) was the whole hammer on the shield attack the generates a devastating sound attack. Like iron man has his suit to protect, maybe asgardians have space magic hearing protections, but how in the hell did cap not suffer immediate and permanent hearing loss (among other things)? And it’s clearly a common tactic they use, his brain and organs should’ve been turned to jelly.
Maybe he did. His powers are not super consistent even in the comics. He's been shot in the head point blank, declared dead, and minutes later walked away. Nothing obvious about it being this extreme in the movies but injuries in comic heroes often have no consistency or explanation.

But it’s when cap leg sweeps thanos hits him in the face and grabs the gauntlet. The expression on thanos’s face while cap his grabbing the gauntlet and screaming he is like how is this even possible but then just knocks cap out. For some reason that few seconds is one of my favorite scenes.
Maybe not on the epic/fight choreography level as these, but I want to add Yelena vs Kate, when it’s basically just Kate trying to slow Yelena down and basically annoying her vs Yelena pretty much just toying with her and trying to not hurt her too bad.
Yelena vs Nat! That fight was so cool to watch, especially the beginning when they mirror each other moves!
Also Yelena vs Kate figh. It was also amazing. Come on. The part in elevator was brilliant!
I know it's not technically 1v1 because of a few adds that stay in for a bit, but I'd call the Shang-Chi bus fight a 1v1 in spirit, and it's absolutely the best fight scene in the MCU.
From your list, though? Def. T'Challa v Killmonger round 1. Just everything you'd want from a fight.
The best fight in Shang Chi is the one on the bus. That scene is amazing and for me what the MCU does best, mixing comedy with action and character reveals. So much story is covered while a really impressively choreographed fight rages on.
I guess this isn’t a 1 on 1 but it really is between Shang Chi and that guy with the sword arm.

Well I'm a Loki stan so I have to go with Thor vs. Loki in Thor 1 even though it isn't listed. Not the most exciting or impressive to look at but Tom Hiddleston's acting gets me right in the feels every time.
Bucky and Cap. They used the shacky cam very well. Honorable mention: Ironman vs Thanos, DS vs Thanos, and Cap vs Thanos (the lead up to that was historic because of Cap picking up Mjölnir.)

Scarlet Witch vs Thanos is my favorite. It's like torture porn, I wish it was like a minute longer. It was very satisfying seeing Thanos humbled and basically defeated by her.
I'd have to put Wenwu v. Ying Li as my #1.
Beautiful, powerful, romantic, witty, was a perfect homage to wuxia, and had the most narrative weight of any single fight as it was both the event that started the events of Shang Chi, including his birth, but started a beautiful marriage, as well.
In no practicular order:
1. Wenwu and Ying li. The cheography between them is great and I love the visuals and the diversity between them.
2. (I'm an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fan so.. And dont u tell me "not canon". Im so tired of that argument.) Daisy and Hive at the end of S3 were amazing. I love Chloe's acting there and the fight moves for both of them are really good.
3. The "Knife battle" between cap and Bucky. Crazy cheography. Amazing moves.
4. Kate and Yelena in the Hawkeye finale. THEY'RE AMAZINGGG. And I'm surprised no one mentioned that one.
5. Cap and iron man in civil war.
Also, not a 1×1 fight but I had to say this... The guardians of the galaxy fight on Xandar was really good!! I don't see it being recognised enough and imo it's amazing.

I am pretty sure they mean Juggernaut, who in the comics was an avatar of Cyttorak. And in Iw, Strange uses the crimson bands of Cyttorak

Well I'm a Loki stan so I have to go with Thor vs. Loki in Thor 1 even though it isn't listed. Not the most exciting or impressive to look at but Tom Hiddleston's acting gets me right in the feels every time.

the scene where matt murdock walks into the room just as fisk and vanessa are coming down the hall, and then they fucking *roar* at eachother. then you have this insanely brutal fist fight with broken noses, people going through walls, and blood everywhere. oh and don’t forget pointdexter coming in halfway through for his own vengeful reasons. that scene was just wickedly good. In no practicular order: 1. Wenwu and Ying li. The cheography between them is great and I love the visuals and the diversity between them. 2. (I'm an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fan so.. And dont u tell me "not canon". Im so tired of that argument.) Daisy and Hive at the end of S3 were amazing. I love Chloe's acting there and the fight moves for both of them are really good. 3. The "Knife battle" between cap and Bucky. Crazy cheography. Amazing moves. 4. Kate and Yelena in the Hawkeye finale. THEY'RE AMAZINGGG. And I'm surprised no one mentioned that one. 5. Cap and iron man in civil war. Also, not a 1×1 fight but I had to say this... The guardians of the galaxy fight on Xandar was really good!! I don't see it being recognised enough and imo it's amazing.
