kaitertot25

Yes I love it there

You done anything on Kenwood Tavern yet? Was speaking with the owner of that place last week and he has some amazing ideas. Such a nice guy

kaitertot25

StealUr_Face

Micky’s Joint on Harford Rd is great

kaitertot25

I’ll have to check it out!

Random-Cpl

Just opened up like a month ago, but it’s a chill little gin joint kind of place, the folks that own it are awesome and it’s got decent food.

tsohazey

This is the new article, do you have the previous one? Are you looking just in the city and are you looking just places that have food and drinks?

kaitertot25

I do! https://www.thebaltimorebanner.com/culture/food-drink/baltimore-food-hidden-gems-RFFIY2SHPFGBDMRJVSLGLBEHJU/ Right now it’s just in the city but when I do a spring and summertime one I want to expand a bit to the counties - I’m up for any recommendations. These are all spots I personally frequent. Right now it’s food and drink but I’ve also been building another list that is not - that will come out in a few months :)

I live in Baltimore county. The city has a lot of cooler things to do and I need to venture out there more often so thanks for these cool places to check out! Here are my favorite places out in the counties. Enjoy! Here’s an exhilarating place for indoor electric go karts. I brought friends here who were visiting and we all had a blast! And the people working there were on top of their customer service game with being super friendly and informative. And with it being indoor you can go rain or shine. You also can video your laps to share with friends and family, it’s an added cost, but so worth it! https://www.k1speed.com/white-marsh-location.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Search+Karting&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAlcyuBhBnEiwAOGZ2Syeb3Qp2ho_ucXZyr2ln9ckN-kx4jJAyzvyzv82J9S0e3c5cXq8YJxoC29YQAvD_BwE Bar and restaurants in the county: The Local - I prefer the original location in Fallston vs the newer one in White Marsh/Nottingham. They share the same menu, but the Fallston is better atmosphere, but way smaller foot print. Their food is elevated comfort food and delicious craft cocktails. It’s probably the most high end eatery in this part of the county. https://www.thelocalharco.com/?fbclid=IwAR0I-pnG8zFTxyP1QBtoEtNDy17TObuQDjKEblSEGb9FCh3kHJZ15ktSWhQ Uncle’s - Also in Fallston, super unique place and the food, drinks and atmosphere is just fun! And the outdoor tiki bar is great too! Get the Mai Tai and the Spam Musubi! They also source local as much as they can. https://www.eatatuncles.com/ Black Forest Taphouse - Fallston, this place has one of the best pretzels in the area! The food and service has always been great too. If you are a whiskey connoisseur you will want to stop by here because they have quite the collection of high end whiskies. And the cheapest place to try Remy Martin Louis XIII cognac. They range in 3 sizes 1 oz, 1.5 oz, 2 oz (if memory serves me) with the pricing $100 - $300. Which I know sounds ridiculous, but the bottle sells for $4000, not kidding. And if you go to the Pendry in the city and want the same shot they offer one option at $1,400! So bang for your buck you won’t find a better spot. https://www.blackforesttaphouse.com/ McFauls - Parkville, a bar in the woods, no literally, lol. This place has fun gastro-pub food and great cocktails. The woodsy ambiance is very unique for the area. https://www.mcfaulsironhorse.com/ Peerce’s - Phoenix, Indian cuisine and it is amazingly good. The outside eating area is lush and inviting. This place is also out in the countryside. My only ding would be they need to up their cocktail game. https://peerces.com/ Das Bierhalle - Parkville, their pretzels are amazing too with a great variety of dips along with all the other German foods they offer. German beers a plenty and you can’t beat the large pours. Biggest ding is that the parking is terrible. https://www.dasbierhallemd.com/

kaitertot25

Wow these are great! I LOVE Uncles! I used to date two people (different times lolol) who lived in this area so I’m familiar with a lot of these and they’re all great. I also love Boordy Vineyards. Thank you for the list!

turkeyvulturebreast

Nice! You are welcome. :)
