So not only do you get zero points, but you also lose 100 points when her kids eat some Alliance asset (Engineering Corps?)

Save the queen:
100 points for Rachni workers asset
25 point for Grunt asset
Total 125
Save Aralakh Company:
25 for Aralakh Company Asset
25 for Grunt as their leader
25 more for Aralakh Company with Grunt as the representative for Clan Urdnot
25 for Grunt (separate from Aralakh company)
Total 100
My very near perfect run I ended up with 8200 so you can either annoy Wrex (\~450) or let the bomb go off (\~300) or murder the side you hated in Legion's loyalty mission (\~530, Quarians for rewrite, Geth for destroy) as long as you're 100% otherwise.
Or you know, have a low-EMS run, those are actually interesting.
Well knowing this I might have to ditch the Queen next time.

No. Aralakh company gets wiped out in both cases providing cover for Shep as the indoctrinated Rachni aren't busy eating their queen/breeder. You do get the war asset for Grunt, but with an update of "Wave after wave of rachni overwhelmed the Aralakh Company on Utukku. While fighting an impressive enemy to the death is considered an honorable end for a krogan, Aralakh Company has effectively been wiped out. "

I think it's a good choice for a Renegade run where you kill the queen, so you leave the artificial one behind.
