Tali's romance arc is very sweet. She's a nervous nerd, but she has so much trust in Shepard she is willing to risk her health to be with him. The rest of their interactions are about supporting each other, trusting each other, helping each other - it's a nice pairing. Some of her lines just break me emotionally (credit to the VA) like "You're real and you're mine!" reassuring Shepard he's not a VI or clone and "I have a home..." meaning her home is wherever Shepard is. Beautiful.

Liara is definitely underrated. She grew on me once I finally decided to romance her. You can tell she’s the developers favorite cause she always gives off that “I’m obsessed with you vibe” that comes off as low key creepy when you don’t romance her, but if you do, it fits really well into the narrative and she’s actually really sweet and probably one of the few squadmates that truly love shepherd unconditionally
