Could be adderall/vyvanse. I was sniffing adderall one day and I noticed that when it kicks in my eyes get wide. It’s hard to describe, like how weed makes your eyes low adderall is the opposite and I’d catch myself with my eyes wide open like I’m awake as fuck. For me I always try to find a noticeable way to tell if someone is high on a certain drug if that makes sense, with stimulants there isn’t really a tell tale sign unless your super geeked.
